Fusion Cafe is a godsend for Tuvinophiles who don't happen to like the indigenous local fare of boiled mutton, blood sausage, etc. Located in a contemporary-looking basement space adjacent to the Hotel Kyzyl, Fusion Cafe offers salads, pasta, sushi, and a variety of European- and Russian-style meat and fish entrees-- all well-prepared and reasonably priced. Their business lunch is an excellent value. The young waitstaff offers friendly and well-paced service. Highly recommended.
