Based on reviews we tracked this down... best meal of our entire trip! They set up tables/chairs next to their tiny truck right by the beach. Four different entrees and every one of them was fabulous. We didn't opt for the street food menu; we had the full meals, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Because everything is made fresh with limited space there can be a bit of a wait, but it is oh so worth it! They even provide games (Jenga, dominoes, etc) on the tables to entertain you while your food is prepared.

We stopped for dinner as we were staying nearby and have enjoyed good meals at the Metropol in other cities. The exterior is a little beat up probably from Hurricane Maria, inside all is well! We enjoyed fantastic service from Kelvin( who was great explaining menu items in English) and greatly enjoyed our dinner. Warning /the Cuban platter is enormous !Nice wine selections and good Mojitos!

Casual Caribbean Dining in an eclectic ambiance. We are located inside the Villa Marina Yacht Harbour in Fajardo, PR. Enjoy your good food experience either inside or outside in the terrace facing the marina. Live Music Entertainment on weekends.
Okay, my biggest complaint will be an asset to others: eating outdoors. The problem here is the following:1. Whenever anyone walks by you, you can feel the floorboards move.2. Idiots in expensive boats play their loud, dumb music, which conflicts with the environment the restaurant is trying to set.3. Expensive boats with idiots in them emit toxic fumes, which ... screw that.Aside from this, I loved the restaurant. The food was great. Perhaps if I ate indoors, with a stable floor and insulated from rich fools, this would be ideal.

A retired owner / chef from Rest. Hasta Manana Steak House in San Juan P.R. after 22 years returns to the game with Rest. El Pescador in Fajardo PR. I got to admit that I forgot the joy of seeing customers enjoying my cooking that I start seeing again in
We ate at El Pescador before our evening Bio Bay kayak tour. We were drawn in by the beautiful setup and the chalkboard sign that said "Happy Hour!" We were so glad we chose to sit down and spend time here. We had several drinks which were all very good. The best drinks we had during our stay in Puerto Rico! They tasted fresh and high-quality. They had a citronella burner stowed right under our table, but when our server saw that I was still struggling with mosquito bites she brought me insect repellent spray to use on myself (I stepped out of the restaurant to apply it)! She was also incredibly helpful with us in making suggestions on what to order and attentive to our needs during our entire visit. The whole place is lovely, including the bathrooms which felt downright luxurious compared to the restrooms in most other restaurants/stores we visited. They had gorgeous murals, candles and scented oil diffusers! Our food was great- I had a fish sandwich on bread that tasted homemade and ordered the vegetables with it as the side. The veggie portion was huge and fresh and flavorful- my single favorite part of any meal our entire trip! My husband had a chicken dish with sliced chorizo that he enjoyed. We needed to kill a little more time so we ordered dessert too- the Tres Leches cake. It was very good. We saw other tables ordering lobster that looked absolutely incredible. Every dish looked like a work of art. We would 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. Some of the menu items are expensive, but there are also cheaper options too (and the happy hour pricing was fantastic for great drinks), so you could enjoy this place on a smaller budget or go all out. Either way, you're winning.

This is probably my 15th time Iâve eaten here. They should have 14 other five star reviews from me. They never disappoint. The smoked meats rival anywhere in Texas. They try to get anything they can locally, so the menu changes as season and supply does. Itâs worth the trip just to hear âJayâ tell you about the menu. You might hear Salsa or Classic rock at anytime. Great open air setting. I LOVE the Sampler... and the arepas are awesome. You canât go wrong , date or family, itâs great

Do not miss this amazing restaurant in the Fajardo area. The view is spectacular, the food is scrumptious (those coconut pancakes are to die for) and the beautiful owner, Gladys, will make your visit one to remember! We arrived at an off-peak time and had the restaurant to ourselves. Gladys greeted us warmly and catered to our every need and request. She was so kind to my dad (who is quite particular about food) and whipped up a delicious meal just for him. My husband and I could not believe our luck. Everything about our meal was perfect. The view of the sea, the exceptional service, the excellent taste and presentation of the food, and our lovely chat with Gladys and her wonderful staff. This was the highlight of our trip. We canât wait to return!
