Traditional indian currys and mixed grills.
I popped in here on my own one Monday teatime late last year as was looking for a good curry and heard this place did such that. I wasn't disappointed in the slightest, went in, was greeted by the friendly gaffer, ordered straight away think it was the special (Chicken curry, side and a beer, £6) and sat down with my drink, after about 15-20 mins the food was at my table, piping hot, ultra fresh and looked and tasted great which I thoroughly enjoyed. All in all a great little place in the back streets of Graisley Wolverhampton (it's the old Queens Head pub), but don't be put off by this or the façade, it is a pub that does curries and Indian mixed meat grill food very well along with a varied bar of different lagers and beers/ales, if this is your thing i'd give this place a whirl, well recommended.

A group of us meet up here for lunch every couple of months as much because of its location than anything else. It must be good enough because no one has suggested we go elsewhere.I like it because there are several vegetarian choices. I would not come here on a Sunday because the last time I came on a Sunday the smell of meat was overpowering. That is something vegetarians might consider if planning to come here for Sunday lunch. The service can be on the slow side but as we are here for a couple of hours anyway it does not usually bother us.The food is good with ample choice. There are far worse places. We have been coming regularly for over five years which must account for something.

A warm and welcoming family pub, serving home cooked food and an excellent range of local and national real ales.
Visiting the Barley Mow for the first time with family, very quaint pub / eatery, resonably priced menu and on such a sunny day ate outside in the beer garden, it's looking a bit tired inside but apart from that would still recommend.

Welcome to the Greyhound We are a beautiful Country Pub and Restaurant situated in the lovely village of Lower Penn. Not part of any chain, we aim to provide great food and drink, great service and a great time! We serve quality home cooked food lunchtime
My Dad had heard great things about this place, so we decided to pop in. First thing I noted is that the car park was very busy which is a good sign, after that I noted the ales on were Hobson's Town Crier and HPA, two of the best ales around. The beer was kept very well and shortly after drinking our pints we were shown to our table. I opted for the steak and ale pie which was one of the best pies I've ever had. My parents had the steak and gammon respectively and thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was great and the restaurant area is decorated well. Will be coming back here soon for certain.Glad to hear you enjoyed your time at The Greyhound.Thank you for taking time to review us. Hope to see you again soon.

We have often eaten at the Two Greens and always had a really nice meal. As always the meal was excellent - cooked perfectly, piping hot and excellent quality produce. We were served by Natalia who was very friendly, polite and efficient - making sure we had everything we needed at all times. Could not fault the service or meal at all. Booked for our festive fayre in December while we were there!Karab1963, it's experiences like yours that really keep us motivated! Lovely to read your comments about your experience, I'll make sure to pass them on to the rest of the team. We sincerely thank you for the positive review, and look forward to seeing you again soon!
