I had a conference in town, so I took the recommendations of others at the conference and visited Razzooâs. I ordered the Cajun Fondue as my meal and was not disappointed! Everyone elseâs food near me also looked delicious and arrived super quickly. I would visit again.

Got there Sunday evening, seated quickly. Asked how much a tall Dos XX would be. Choke choke $9!! Got a Bud Light. Ordered the shrimp poboy. Fries were fine the poboy was terrible. Coating on the shrimp just not to my liking. Brother ordered the onion ring, soggy and greasy. Service was fine place is clean but they can keep their food. A fancy building just wonât lure me back.

My wife and I stopped by at 1 PM on a Tuesday for lunch. The place was not busy. We did, however, stand at the hostess station for a few minutes wondering if anyone was going to acknowledge our arrival and offer us a table. Finally, someone appeared.Asked about their Tuesday special, our waiter advised us that wings were 65 cents a piece. We ordered a selection of different flavors to try. The time from ordering to delivery of the food seemed excessive. My wife had a medical appointment and our time window for enjoying lunch was shrinking quickly. When the food was delivered, I asked the waiter to bring us our bill and some to go boxes as we were not going to be there very long. He did.The wings were very good. Some of flavors (like the "salt and vinegar") will not get ordered by us again but everything was well prepared. Once we were packed up and ready to go, there was no waitstaff on the floor to pay our tab. I ventured back to the bar area and found our waiter back there visiting with other staff. This restaurant serves a good product. It could easily be so much better with improvement in their service area.

Tried to go to this place before a show at the Cowan Center and it was a horrible experience. Waited 10-15 minutes at the door to be seated without being acknowledged. I finally had to flag down one of the workers who had repeatedly walked past and ignored me. When she finally came to almost acknowledge me another patron came up to complain that she had been waiting a very long time for part of her order so the hostess walked away from me without so much as saying a word. When she returned I had to again request to be seated; to which her response was they didn't have any tables for six even though there were multiple six-tops open. When I asked if I could take one of the open tables she said "oh, yeah." Once seated we were never acknowledged even though we waited like 20 minutes. The place only had three people on the floor (including the bar tender) even though they knew there was an event at the Cowan. In fact, they had a truncated "special event" menu that was basically fried foods and none of the better options from their normal menu which is posted online and the only reason we decided to give this place a try. We again flagged down a server and asked about the menu and she said it was the only way they could tables on an event night- she still did not take our order and just walked away. After literally waving both arms in the air above our heads several times another server walked up and said she thought we had already placed our order because ONE person at our table had a drink from the bar. When we said we had not she argued with us and told us that their policy was to assume that tables with drinks had been taken care of. We repeatedly told her we had not put in our orders and instead of her taking our order she rudely said "oh, well then I'll be back," and then walked away!! From what we could tell everyone around us was having a similar experience. What little food we could see coming out of the kitchen looked overcooked as though it had been sitting under heat lamps. We finally gave up and left. This place is not worth your time, skip it; especially if it is on a night where the Cowan is holding an event.

This is a wonderful addition to the craft beer choices in Tyler. Let me be clear, this is strictly a bar, they do not serve food. However, they are happy to have you bring in food, order food to be delivered to you at their location, or just enjoy their beer. They have 57 (YES 57!!!) taps making the selection process a challenge for some of us. The menu does give a brief description of each beer along with alcohol content and IBU. In addition to selling glasses of beer, they also have a 4 glass (5 oz each) flight so you don't have to choose just one. The staff is very friendly and seem knowledgeable about the beers. They have a very nice patio so you can sit outside and relax as you enjoy the beer. They have a Happy Hour from 4-7 PM Monday-Friday, and Sunday from 5 PM till closing. I'm looking forward to trying many new and interesting beers here.
