I visited this bar almost weekly over the winter and found the service was always polite and friendly. They now have wine on draft (for draft wine the white is very drinkable.) The music was varied and they seem to welcome all ages. I dined there on two occasions. The first time my husband and I shared nachos and a chicken burger and the second time I had a the 'special' which was chicken curry. This was served with poppadoms and home made dips (as a starter) and a home made roti-bread and rice with the main. I was very impressed with the standard and quantity of food for the money. The only thing that I would say is that they need a clock on the wall as it was annoying having to check my phone to see the time!

good aperols, great ambience, good with kids. Lovely. The band they had there was a bit of a pain, tuning and playing a song called freedoooom multiple times, but we laughed at it so it was okay. Great bar though.

This is a great little bar at towards the top of VT. It is run by a couple of young French guys who are ski instructors by day and run this bar at night. Small, good beer including quite an international selection, serve simple food / burgers and great ski / boarding movies on large TV.Opens around 5 so ideal for coming just off the slopes.

We ate here for lunch. It is cantina style service, but expect to wait 10 mins for your food to arrive. This is because it is all freshly prepared - and it shows. I had the burger and it was excellent. Surprisingly great food for the side of a ski slope.

Went for lunch a couple of times. Friendly staff, food variable, lovely location at top of Bruyeres 1 lift.Good food was Tarte Beaufort, Cafe Gourmand, Salade Savoyarde, average was omelette Savoyarde,Tartiflette. On very sunny days staff hand out white trilby hats, all one size so can be amusing! Had a meal at this place when we could not access our usual favourite. The food was OK nothing special, the staff do very well in quite a small kitchen.
