Its a little hidden down a side street but that makes it rather peaceful. Outdoor area is lovely on a sunny day- a great place to chill with a beer. We had breakfast here, the food seems high quality and presented nicely, the breakfasts are like platters with a selection of food depending on which type of platter you've ordered. I had the Scandinavian breakfast which included a lot of smoked salmon, scrambled eggs fruit salad and yoghurt. Its filling. The only downside is the price, its not cheap at over 4 euros for a coffee and the platters are upwards of 11 euros.

The title says it actually all! With my wife and our two kids, we came here on a very regular Saturday early afternoon for lunch. We were kind of expecting a typical Bavarian "Zur Post" kind of place, i.e. relatively old fashioned style and not necessarily great service, however we were extremely positively surprised. The menu comprises a combination between typical Bavarian dishes and Italian cuisine. We had two different pasta plates with porcini mushrooms, the kids their usual Wienerschnitzel (veal) with fries and all was really very well prepared and very tasty. With the nice addition of a very friendly (young personnel!) service! If again in the area, I would definitely go back again!Thank you very much Adriano for this positive feedback. The beer is good, but is severely overpriced. The bottles of same beer could be bought at the petrol station for less. This is brewery's taproom and that is unacceptable.
