With great views, food is serviced in a friendly environment. Service was prompt, proportions are generous and the meals delicious. The salt and pepper squid with crunchy Asian salad was particularly tasty. Be aware though to begin tour meal early as the kitchen and coffee machines close early.

Located on the ground floor at D'Albora Marina, Nelson Bay.
A spare of the moment decision took us to Nelsons Bay. We visited Mavericks on the bay, we were lucky enough to get a table by the window edge (the bar/restraunt) area is open to the elements so you can sit an wile away the day sipping on a cocktail day dreaming about living life on a luxury yatch whilst the sun kisses your skin. The restraunt is family friendly they have a small kids menu. The adult menu has a good variety of meals. The prices are reasonable and the meals are a good size without being oversized.

Super quick visit for an after dinner night cap. Really busy and popular hotel with beautiful relaxed decor. As weâd already eaten we were only planning a quiet drink before going back to our hotel ... the dishes being served at surrounding tables looked spectacular. The wine list was very impressive and I was very happy to see a favourite vineyard from a trip to orange (angullong) had multiple offerings. The shared dessert of sticky date pudding was the best weâve ever had
