Located well within the airport the staff are friendly and welcoming. We have o knowledge of japanses at all but were able to order drinks with success. Some locals looked to be well catered for!
N34°24.620' E135°19.078' Next to the Nankai Izumisano train station, this izakaya (Japanese Style Pub) specialises in Osaka local specialties, such as "Kushikatsu" (deep-fried skewered meat & vegetables) In April 2018, they offered a place at the counter of a booth. English menu is available. They use a separate bell for drinks and food. Service was quick and friendly. The Kushikatsu was nice and we ordered salad on the site. Ebessan Izumisano Ekimae is a good izakaya with local Osaka dishes.
This place offers several kiosks with different types of food. They have ramen, donburi, soba, sushi, sashimi, burgers, european style sandwiches, breads, coffee, beer, ice cream, etc.The prices aren't that bad either. They don't overcharge, like in amusement parks haha. The place is big, they have a lot of tables and chairs for tired shoppers taking a break before going back to more shopping! Big and nice toilets too.
We have English menu and speaker.
They were sold out of green curry at opening time. Not sure how that happened. So went with red. Also choose the set drink menu. But all menus are in Japanese. So not sure what is says. Was 1860Â¥ 90 mins ( 3 drinks in 90 mins) and curry is 880Â¥. People smoking all around me and I'm the only non Japanese in the place. Mostly business men. I can still smell the curry fragrance over the cigarette smoke. I asked for a wine on the set menu before I finished my beer he looked surprised - now my beer is long finished and no wine. It's two young lads working hard and now the place is at over half capacity. The quality is solid and great effort by the staff. Small portion of curry and rice - both very good quality. Rice is perfectly cooked and the curry is delicious.

We dined at Maru Rinkuu upon arriving for a one-night stay at Star Gate Hotel, finding that all the hotel restaurants close at 8:00p. Although very busy at 9:00p, we were seated quickly, and the tables are large and seating comfortable. Ordering is done through the tableside iPad, and all food was delivered quickly. Waiters were very attentive to the bell, and made an effort to accommodate 2 picky children not ready to dive into true Japanese cuisine. One caveat for foreigners... beware the smokers! Cigarette smoking is still allowed in many restaurants in Japan, and here more than other places we ate (perhaps due to the late hour), folks at neighboring tables were smoking like chimneys, which is of course very unpleasant to non-smoking diners.

My friend reserved this restaurant for us.ãIt was really special experience for me. Their hospitality was really nice and let me feel luxurious. The room also prepared very nice with good atmosphere. I loved soft shell crab so much. And I heard that Watarigani was the same kind of crab. But the soft shell crab what I ate in NY and this one was totally different. I could find the real gusto of the Crab. It was so sweet and creamy. It is really precious to taste it in Osaka while it was so fresh.
