Reviews on Pub food in Stratford, Ontario, Canada. Named for Shakespeare's birthplace, Stratford has grown to become Canada’s premier arts town. In addition to the annual Stratford Festival, performing from April through October, Stratford is always filled with theater, music and visual arts. The preserved 19th-century architecture and acres of parks and gardens (along its own Avon River, no less) are certain to charm. Stratford has also gained a reputation for culinary creativity, showcased at some of the finest restaurants in the country.

Montanaâs is a Canadian BBQ & Bar joint famous for our Fall-Off-The-Bone Ribs, 100% Canadian Steaks and Burgers, and a variety of other favorites like Fire-Grilled Chicken Tacoâs and Mac N Cheese. Weâre a casual restaurant thatâs great for all occasions a
Well, not a good showing. The one bartender was working what seemed like half the restaurant. It was 30 minutes to get our appetizer after ordering. The bartender admitted that they gave ours to another table so had to make another one. Our mains had their sides all mixed up so we corrected ourselves. The ribs were dry, the fries undercooked. About the only thing that was good was the cornbread.I try to like this chain, it never seems to work out. Good afternoon, we are very sorry to hear about the meal you had received during your recent visit. We want to ensure that this is addressed and that improvements can be made. The HUB Stratford is located at 31 Market Place in the heart of Stratford Ontario's Market Square. Steps from the Avon theatre and all downtown amenities, The Hub is where you will find Stratford's ONLY roof-top patio, a great daily menu inspired by our E
But all we had time to eat was the soup, as we were in a rush to get to our play before the curtain rose...the menu looked good, though, and the experience of rooftop dining was very nice.

Jobsite is a fun brewery with a wood fire pizza oven. We have a large welcoming taproom, with lots of extra seating in the production area. Enjoy our craft beer with a great pizza all prepared before your eyes. Walk around while drinking a beer and view a
Great little establishment in Stratford. Friendly staff, pretty good beer, and lots of seating for family and friends. The pizza is great too but a little on the expensive side for what you get. Would recommend going if youâre in town and looking for a change from the other crafts in town.

We stopped here for lunch before going to the theater. We had a nice buffet with soup, salad, coleslaw, pasta salad, chicken, baked potatoes, incredibly tender roast beef and a selection of desserts. Food was great and service was quick and friendly. Located right in town in a very convenient location. Would recommend this restaurant.

A range of domestic and craft beers are served along with standard pub grub choices. The Caesar salad is especially good. Service is prompt and personable.

We were staying at the Queen's Inn so this was a no-brainer. We used our tickets to try "Jalapeno Poppers" topped with caramelized red onion bacon marmalade with a half pint of Creemore Springs craft beer. Needless to say, our tongue's taste buds got quite a workout.

A saturday in october...off to see billy elliott at the theatre after lunch....with that in mind, lunch had to be slightly sped up....the service did not disappoint...friendly, efficient and attentive....unfortunately, the food was just mediocre....sweet potato waffle fries were underdone...the wifes reuben was soggy on the bottom....properly made, it would have had a thin layer of meat followed by sauerkraut and topped with the rest of the meat...this one had the sauerkraut right against the bottom piece of bread....wings were spot on, no problem there....all in all, a rush job in a pub designed for that specific reason....Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your visit to Bentleyâs.Your feedback is extremely important to us, as it assists us in maintaining and improving our high standards. We do hope you'll visit with us again the next time you are in Stratford and we can deliver your meal just the way you like it! Cheers!

My wife and I stopped by Molly Bloomâs for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. We both ordered the Chicken Taco Salads at 18 CAD each It took about 20 minutes for our salads to be brought out and quite honestly, they were a disappointment given the cost of the salads. The greens were a spring mix that contained some wilted and discolored greens. The chicken breasts were rather small in size and the remainder of the saladâs ingredients were typical of what could be found in any other salad on the menu. Aside from a taco seasoned salad dressing, cheese blend and taco bowl shell, there really wasnât anything unique about this salad to warrant the cost. Iâd skip on this salad in the future but would be willing to try another item on the menu. If you found this review helpful, please let me know by clicking on the thumbs up button below. Thanks!
