Astro Tap has it all! When you want to try a few swallows of a lot of different beers, THIS is the place to go! They also offer wine and spirits for those who are less "beer centric".Hungry? They offer "snacks" to use an east-coast phrase...and they're quite good! We each had a wonderful brat, mine with sauerkraut and spicy mustard...YUM!Great place to hold lunches, and gatherings, too!Just found out how to respond to reviews...Just wanted to say thanks and hope to see you back soon.Cheers..
This is one of my favorite places to eat Italian food. The ambience is always good, and the service is efficient. It is a little bit expensive, but worth all of the flavor you get! The garlic rolls are to die for, and worth every calorie! If you love authentic Italian food, definitely make a trip.

Everything was as expected. The parking was convenient, we were seated quickly, the venue was clean and presentable. The waitress, Cammy, was very friendly and got our order correct. The food came quickly, hot, and delicious. The bill came and Cammy took care of it perfectly. I will be back.

Primarily a beer garden with some small food options. They have a nice outdoor seating area, with another section outdoors, but covered. Lots of interesting beers available. Friendly place.

This convenient location to the Castle Rock outlet mall was our choice for lunch before we headed north to Denver. There were six of us, hungry and with varied food preferences. We all got exactly what we wanted, served all at the same time, and it was all delicious! I had the chicken taco lunch special which came with a fresh yummy salad. The waitress kindly substituted broccoli for the french fries and I had a very good meal. Others had hamburgers, which they loved, or a gluten-free option of corn tortillas for the chicken tacos. Awesome meal -- I also want to commend our waitress - and I'm sorry I didn't get her name. She remembered exactly what each of us wanted and served us in exactly the right order. Impressive...
We took wings to go. The flavor was awesome and more meat on these wings than any wing place we've ever eaten!! Plenty crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and they don't skimp on the sauce!

This restaurant has so much potential. Great views, a fantastic setting, dated, but still pleasant restaurant atmosphere. But the service is always hit or miss, and you never see the same servers twice, I think there is so much turnover, no one ever gets well trained. I've never been there when the place has more than five tables of guests. The menu is so stale and barely changes year to year. I ordered a wedge salad on my last visit, the salad has four ingredients - they even managed to forget one of the ingredients. My understanding is that Troon Golf runs The Ridge and since they meet minimum income, nothing changes. To bad, because I think they could be full frequently if they just made a few updates and changes.

Stopped off here for a late lunch after some shopping at the Outlet about 1 pm on a Friday afternoon.Hostess was having a 'bad day' and extremely rude - threw the menus down on our table.Restaurant was only about half full, but it still took over 10 minutes for someone to come take our order.Only had 1 cider available (menu showed several) and where out of several beers too.Food was very good.Bathrooms very dirty and nasty - in desperate need of a good cleaning. No offer of a second beverage or dessert - just gave us our bill and left the table.Could have been a much different experience had the service been better.
