Service was good, Food was good, prices were good but I DO NOT recommend eating dinner with Karaoke going. Especially if you're not drinking alcohol. I'm sure the songs would've gotten better had I been drinking alcohol. I like karaoke even though most people are tone deaf because I believe singing is good for the soul. It's just not very easy on the ears.

We frequent Applebees quite a bit. The food is always delicious & the service is always great. The pretzel appetizer with the mustard dip and the white cheddar dip is so good. The restaurant is clean & well maintained. We are always seated promptly and rarely have to wait more than 15 minutes even when it is crowded. The staff there is always personable and check back frequently while you are dining,

Gave positive reviews in the past, good food and service, but on our last stop, (2 weeks ago) Service was practically nonexistent! Despite open booths and tables we were seated in the 'bar area'. Place was not busy, still took 10 minutes to get our drinks, and only got 2 out of 3! Never came back with the third drink, 20 minutes later, nobody even bothered taking our order. Told staff about it, they said 'oh we'll see if we can find someone'. Really? No manager in site! What happened to this place? We told her to forget it and left! Went to Applebees and got great service and food!
