Cutlery dirty and wrong food. My sirloin, I ordered it medium well and was delivered cold and over cooked . I ordered a Onions Rings and brought me some toast and cold well. A very bad experience.

Have visited this BWW for years and have never had a more worse experience. We were created by 2 employees, and then seated in a booth in the front section of the restaurant. We waited and waited and waited for a server to acknowledge us. The host(s) never attempted to get our server either or offer to get drinks; there were 2 of them and not busy seating anyone else. Finally, 1 server was walking past is and my husband jad to stop hom and ask "our you our server?" Of course he wasn't, but said he'd go ahead with our drink order. Brought drinks, and still whomever was to be waiting on us never came. Therefore he said he'd go ahead with our food order; thankfully he did or we'd still be sitting there. Order came and the bone-in all drums Lemon Pepper was ridiculous. Only 1-2 Of drums had ANY seasoning. The rest were completely plain. Needless to say, you couldn't say anything to a server as we still never saw ours. Eventually, Weston-server by default, came back once summoned for the ck. and apologized, as he never came back for a drink refill. We thanked him, and stated the others were too busy taking selfies in take out. Yes, 3 employee's were taking selfies! No manager, nor guest relations checking tables on their experiences. When we left, the same 2 hosts were too busy talking to say 'thanks, or come again". Good thing, as I probably would have said NOT!

Bankhead Brewing Co. brews all their own beer onsite. Typically will have 8-10 taps rotating throughout the year. Chef Louis prepares and cooks out of two wood burning ovens.
Great brewery with very good food. The people here are super nice. Actually one if The nicest staffs of any brewery Iâve ever been too, and that number is close to 100. Definitely a must check out if your in the area. Even if you are not a beer fan I would still try to hit it up.

In Manhattan in 1965, there was no place where people could go out to meet friends and make new ones in an environment that was at once both relaxed and yet exciting. Then, Alan Stillman opened Fridays as a way, he said, "to meet Pan Am stewardesses." Sud
Came by for lunch in the middle of the week and left happy and satisfied. The queso/spinich dip was served hot and fresh. It was delicious. The chips were just average. We shared a French Dip sandwich. Very nice and very large. Nice au jus. The frues were fresh and hot. Service was effecient and pleasant. Good place off the square for a bite.

Swing by for a bite, say hello and maybe do a little shopping while youâre here.Weâre right by the AMC theaters â pretty convenient before or after a movie.
We were visiting family and needed a restaurant that would accommodate 8 people. We called and was told there was no wait time. We were seated immediately and our waiter was fantastic. He made fantastic suggestions for drinks and appetizers, made sure we were well taken care of and that our glasses were never empty. This was our first time eating at this chain and it did not disappoint! Everything was delicious and the staff was super friendly! Hi Christy -Thanks so much for the five stars and for sharing your photos with us! We are thrilled to hear that your first visit with us was a good one; it was an absolute pleasure to serve you and your family and we hope y'all will stop in to see us again soon.

Went because of Buy1 Get 1 coupon, but it was still not a good deal to me. Had a gluten free menu, for wife. Ordered the Flounder Milanese with request to change the sides, no problem, but it came with no parmesan cheese as advertised and the tomatoes on it were just slices and no hint of basil as described. I don't know if in their zeal to get out the gluten, they got out everything. Mine was fried shrimp plate. The shrimp were 10, and overcooked and dried out. The batter was not exciting, not a distinctive taste. Cocktail sauce was nearly ketchup, not enough horseradish. I would like to come back and try their oyster po boy, love those, or oyster nachos, should have got that to start with. Drinks were good, happy hour deals were ok. Might go back, but would not order an entree, drinks and appetizers. Sorry.
If you live in Sachse or Wylie and need a break from your suburban life, this is a regular bar for folks who want to unwind. Stop in for some drinks, play some pool, or throw some darts. The bar is a little smokey, so if you are not used to it, that could be bothersome. Taps were down when we went in but there were plenty of bottled beers available at good prices. The bartender was very nice and friendly.

We visited this place with family friends and left after our first beer. When we entered the place, there was an overwhelming chemical odor that was incredibly off-putting. After our waitress took our drink orders one by one (meaning she literally took one of our drink orders, walked to the bar to fill the order, then repeated the process for each person at our table) we all had agreed not to eat anything since the smell was so distracting. Every drink we had was off too. The cokes were flat and sweet and the beers tasted like they came from dirty lines. What was particularly upsetting was that I had to eat crow on this with our friends. I had convinced them to "try somewhere new" since they rarely ventured out and tried new places. Gonna be hard to convince them to try somewhere new after this suggestion failed so poorly.
