Visited while in town for hockey; the draft beer select was excellent and the prices were very fair for the area. The zingers are very good with the mango habanero sauce, the burger are good and the ice cream cake desert is amazing. Great local sports lounge with good food!

Stopped in for appetizer and drinks at the bar. Large TVs at the bar. Plenty of seating. High ceilings and noise level can be loud with a crowd. Enjoyed the Kobe Sliders. Service at bar was good. Large variety for beers. Near Train Station.

One of my favorite places, RAM, is no longer in business; what to do? A co-worker recommended this place and it rocked! We had an awesome wait person that made great recommendations along with the effort for us to take advantage of happy hour specials.Hi Jill, I'm glad you've found a new go-to spot in Schaumburg! First night in Chicago and we walked a few steps from the Sofitel Hotel and just walked into Ditka's. Most of us have some reservations (pun intended) of going to a restaurant with a signature name. Normally, the name is better then the service or the food. This is not the case here..... we stopped to have a drink at the bar and was immediately impressed by the friendly staff and sports themed interior. After a drink we decided to take a chance and I am glad we did........ the food was fabulous and the wine menu quite extensive. In fact, we drank the last two bottles of Cade a very nice wine from the Napa Howell Mountain area...... our waiter was perfect and the food excellent. I had the bone in rib eye, charred medium, with a shrimp cocktail. My wife had fish and both of us could not have been more pleased. The next day we stopped by and our waiter introduced us to the general manager who told me how Ditka's sourced its food and meat. We actually went one more time after seeing the Aladdin for dinner and lunch before a river cruise..... It is a high end sports steakhouse and I recommend it highly for the service, food and ambiance.... One complaint, we did not meet the Coach.....

If you want a neighborhood pub type experience with excellent food, friendly people, and good service then come to Brandt's. It has been an institution in Palatine for years. We just recently ate there within the past 3 years and it has become a regular stop. The hamburgers are superb, as are the potatoes. They have nice outdoor dining in the summertime, and crowded but comfortable seating inside.

Wife and I visited for a date night dinner experience on a Wednesday evening. We were greeted and seated by the hostess shortly after arriving. We did have reservations, but the place wasn't overly crowded at the time of our arrival. Waiter was professional and prompt with taking our drink and appetizer orders after we were seated. We tried the mashed potato ball appetizer, which was very good. Wife ordered and enjoyed the shepard's pie for her main course. I had the Connacht burger with mac n' cheese as the side. Burger was excellently cooked and toppings were wonderful.Pricing isn't cheap, but the portion sizes and quality of food exceed what you're paying for them. Wife ended up getting almost three meals worth out of her Shepard's pie (i.e., meal after restaurant and a couple lunches with the leftovers. Parking was a little problematic, since the restaurant is in the downtown Arlington Heights area. Fortunately, they are only about a block away from a parking complex if you cannot find a spot on the street outside their building.

This place has a great vibe! They accommodated our very large party keeping the boys at one long table and us parents at another. Food and drink were excellent. I had the flite of 4 beers, 2 blueberrian and 2 citrus types. Started with the Caesar and had excellent fish n chips, generous portions (makes mY mouth water just thinking about it now?). No room for dessert. My compadres all liked their meals also but the flight of beer was definitely a good intro (and I don't really like beer!)Our server Crystal was outstanding! Gave us a lot of info on Pride Day Parade. And was quite pleasant in her service!Highly recommend with a group! This place was hopping!!

My first night in this town of Schaumburg and after a long day of traveling - I really wanted a place to have some good food and beer. This was it.I chose this place because of its great reviews here & Iâm happy I listened to the words of others. The charm of the interior gave me the feeling like I walked into a Tudor style home and I was all of a sudden in another world or place. Warm lighting gave it that extra There are great drink specials for happy hour and the menu is pretty diverse. From Steak, bar bites, soups, flatbreads etc, there something here for everyone. The wait staff are super friendly. Whether youâre flying solo or if your with an ensemble of friends, this place is accommodating.:)

Food was good and so was the service. Wide variety on the menu. The odd thing about this experience was that I asked for a tea to go and the waiter said no problem. However, after about 5 minutes he came back and said he was sorry but the manager said they donât allow drinks to go, including non-alcoholic. I have never run into that in my entire life. We all found it very odd. Because I travel, I love a tea or water to go so I have something in my hotel room. Not this time. Go figure!
