Really just a bar

This bar is around a corner from most of the strip. We were so pleased with its quiet atmosphere. We just had wine and a cocktail as we had dinner reservations elsewhere. The searing was comfortable, with blankets if chilly. The waiter was friendly and attentive. Cocktail was very good and I have a new appreciation of Slovenian wines !

Drinks were very sweet (too much).There is a view to the sea, but you need to climb few steps above the casino.We get small food for free. Service was fine.Generally, there are better bars to get the drinks.

Caffe Latino is one of the nice caffes, which is more or less hidden from the tourist eyes due to the fact that it is situated in not that fancy part of Portorož - Lucija. It's actual location is the TPC Lucija, just next to the small local bus station. Contrary to how it sounds, it is a nice and rather quiet place (there are not many bus arrivals and departures) with helpful waitresses, normal prices and great music. They usually play rock 'n' roll and gather many locals and those who know where Latino bar is.During the summer months they occasionally organize a live performances.The place is really popular among the locals and I warmly recommend it - at least try! It is easily accessible by bus and there are a plenty of free (and payable) parking places around.

Perhaps the best bar in Lucija at this moment. Excellent and very friendly service, cheap beverage, pleasant atmosphere and nice terrace. The bar is practically in the park, far from the road. Pleasant music at the bar, mostly rock and blues. Certainly the best burgers in the area! Hats off for the chef! Thumb up!

Arrived in Potoroz quite late and everything is seemingly shut after 9pm- unless you want a kebab from some other ropey looking places.Stumbled across the retro cantina and hit gold. Nice place, funky decor, super lovely waitress and tasty filling food at not too bad prices.Overall, very nice

Been here several times and always got good drinks... You have to try local wines... The staff is great, kind and knows how to approach every guest. A great choice for a lovely evening at Portorož.

We had such an exciting lunch at this gorgeous sea side restaurant. A lot of Hollywood celebs have dined here, which made it extra special for us since we drove to Piran, Slovenia from Trieste Italy. The service was excellent and the food was awesome. We tried a few local dishes, which were quite different from the Italian styled food. Overall, an amazing city and a must see if you ever get a chance. Enjoy !

Very good for a birthday celebration, the bar on the weekends sometimes organize also live music.I suggest visiting this place after a good dinner to take a glass of wine.
