We had a little snack and a beer here on our way to Tofino -- very nice service (thanks Sarah), the beer is good and the salad was also good but maybe a bit pricey. The folks in there were nice, we had some good chats at the bar. Will definitiely stop there again next time I come to P. A.!We were delighted to meet you both. Hope you enjoy our Tofino Brewery Glass souvenir on the house ;)Cheers

Inside however is a different story, well laid out dining area with an attached patio. Menu contains something for everyone. Table service was fantastic, food and drinks arrived promptly and everything tasted great, prices were reasonable and the portions large. We would return for sure to this property.

Someone had suggested this Pub which is located on Sproat Lake. It is an old house which has been transformed into a pub with a large outdoor deck overlooking Sproat lake. We managed to get a great seat outside on the deck on a beautiful warm afternoon. About an hour after arriving it appeared that the local young adults all started to show up and were very loud and obnoxious. We had our 2 younger kids with us and there was quite a bit of inappropriate things being said.Too bad, as it left a bad taste for the pub/restaurant

Title says it all. This place is a part of history on Vancouver Island. A favorite with locals, serving quality food with kind fast service. A great place to stop for lunch.

My wife had the sushi and I had the fish and chips, the sushi platter very good deal and wife loved it, who knew at a pub you can get sushi.
