In my opinion, they do have one of the best coffee in town. A large selection of cakes and Quiches who are always to die for. Very kind people and nice place. Sometimes a little to loud

The PUB Plzen is non smoking restaurant in the very center of the beer capital of the world! Guests can tap their own beer from self service beer tap on each table! Using the touch screen above the tap guests can order food, drink and even music electroni
The beer table concept watching how much you drink is (was) a cool concept I had heard about before from friends. Surprisingly few tables and really bad beer selection with only about 4-5 different beers to select between... BUT if youâre a tourist, enjoy Pilsner Urquell and want to get drunk - this is it.

This place is well worth a visit. You may find you will return again and again because of the atmosphere, service and selection of beers. Worth trying is their picked cheese. On the first Friday and Saturday of each month, there is a mini beer festival at Francis during which they have about 8 special local beers on tap. The owner has a shop on Bezrucova Street in which he sells specialty beer from all around the world. Also worth visiting.

One of few restaurants in the city centre which are open late. Find the door on America Street and walk down a few steps into the basement. That's where this restaurant is. The meals are good. You can try a Czech specialty called Tatarak here (raw beef with spices and bread). The waiters are generally friendly. This place's biggest plus is its opening hours.

We went to this restaurant with a bunch of colleagues, enjoying the decent weather and sitting outside. The place was crammed and busy and the waitresses were doing their best to bring food and beverages continuously and were very service minded. They also tried to accommodate our wishes with food. The menu was a little bit varied from the other places in PIlsen I have been, which served Czech food. There was not too many dishes, which I usually take as a good sign, and there were dishes that were a bit different from usual.Anyway, we could eat a bit of different appetizers, which even though were not looking very interesting, they were tasting surprisingly good. As main dish, I took the beef tartar which was a bit different from what I am used too, a little bit more blend in the taste, but still very nice and served with bread. I took the bread deep fried, but it could have been also served roasted. Garlic was offered to be grated over the bread to give an extra round of taste, but I think that was a bit too much. The dish was interesting and abundant in the portion since there was a lot of bread. We also took a tomato salad and some roasted the potatoes. The potatoes were very nice, the tomato salad had a decent taste but was way too waterish and inconsistency. All together a very pleasant evening, in typical Czech style, with a lot of beer and laughter!

Visited with family with a child of one and half year old, the staffs were friendly and spoke English, they tried to understand our need and explain the menu given it was a rush hour during dinner time. Food was great, we recommend the fried chicken breast, which was one of the best we ever had.

New non-smoking restaurant on Republic Square. For those looking for a change and not just the traditional concept of a pub
Excellent meal. The beer was nothing special. Unfortunate with so many excellent beers in Pilsen. The staff a little difficult, not comfortable, with a curious tourist in english. Cool designs with courtyard off main square. Just not a comfortable place to hang.

The Na Parkánu tap-room is named after its position by the town walls - parkány. It is designed in the spirit of the golden age of the PlzeÅ hostelry trade â the 1920s. The tap-room is directly linked with the Brewery Museum â so the beer pumped in the ta
Iâve just eaten some of the very best Chicken Wings Iâve ever had! Normally, when Iâm traveling abroad, I tend to eat the cuisine of whatever country I may be in, and avoid things like pizza, hamburgers, and (until now), chicken wings ..! But for some reason, while traveling in the Czech Republic, Iâve noticed chicken wings on many menus, and thought, maybe they have their own take on them (Korean chicken wings are some of the best anywhere, maybe Czechs make great wings, too?!). Turns out, they do! They came with HOMEMADE potato chips, which were fabulous, and a couple of very tasty dipping sauces for both dishes. The nice thing about these wings was that they were not over-battered to the point where you barely taste the chicken; plus, they were amazingly meaty! It was a full meal, and the garden salad I had along with the wings and chips filled it right out. The fact that this restaurant is actually owned by the Pilsener Urquell people doesnât hurt, either; the beer flows freely, and everything was very reasonably priced, as well. Very friendly and helpful waitstaff, too. Highly recommended, especially AFTER youâve taken an Urquell Brewery tour (which, by all means, if you make it to Plsen, you owe it to yourself to do!)
