Nice and clean atmosphere. Our table of 7 had burgers, grilled cheese, salad, and brisket - all were good. We also had the brisket nachos, which where a bit on the small side, in my opinion. We would definitely come here again though.

We invite you to "Eat Well and Drink Better Beer" with us in a historic 1889 church that is an icon to downtown Peoria. Our house-made brews and ciders will help you wash down our broad menu of upscale pub fare with a twist. Our location is family-friendl
Obed & Isaacs offers a unique experiences. Historic old stone church building, huge beer garden with 2 bocce ball courts, cornhole(bags) games, jenga, connect four, Dags, and more. great place to go on a nice day. Many of tge food items are good. I had some sort of shrimp, sausage, and cornbread concoction which was stellar. warm beer pretzels with cheeze was tasty. my only real complaint is that the service at the outside bar has been slower than death. EVERY TIME I have been there. I mean so slow that it nearly ruins the otherwise awesome vibe. Attention Management: Step up and put another person outside! Thank you!

Five members of our monthly Nook Clubmet at Kelleher's for dinner several weeks ago. All of us had been there before and enjoy their vast selection of beers and great Irish menu. Themenu selection includes both sandwiches and full meal selections.Kelleher's has a very good reputation In the Peoria area for great food andservice! The special of the night was ShepardsPie for $8.95. It was huge anddelicious! A large portion of misc. vegetables with a blended gravy saucecovered with cheese and mashed potatoes. Excellent and filling! Our group will surely return.

Hands down the best meal I have ever eaten in Peoria! We ordered the tuna poke bowl, grilled macaroni & cheese, and the house smoked brisket- all were superb. I enjoyed a flight of local beer with my meal. The service was exceptional. I canât wait to return!

I did go on a Friday night, maybe that was my mistake. I was seated at a booth close to the bar. Kind of surprised how drunk several people were, they were so loud and obnoxious. I got quick service, but the waitress was, also, loud and wound-up. I wondered if she was drinking with the group at the bar between runs to the kitchen. I got the deluxe deep dish. The first hot slice was pretty good. But as the pizza cooled, the crust just turned bland and tough. Would not order this again. But maybe the crispy crust would be better. When I left the restaurant, I was not sure if I enjoyed my experience or not. Plus, I was charged more for the pizza than what was listed on the menu. Prices must have gone up, but the menu needs updating?

Visited with a small party of 8-10 people. We sat out on the patio which was very nice. We visited around 7 on a Saturday and for not being very busy, the service was seriously lacking! Had to go inside to order everything and eventually took our own dirty dishes in after staring at them for hours. Beer selection is also lacking. The food however was really good. Especially liked the pizza.

Having had lunch here and knowing the reputation for their amazing breakfasts, I was eager to get down there one morning. This is a no frills bar. Ordered my very favorite 2 times a yr. breakfast, biscuits and gravy. You can get a half or a whole order. I could not believe the size of my whole order. But did I eat it all? Yes! It was the best I had ever had! Fasted for several hours after that to hopefully minimize the caloric effect on my waist line. So I suggest a half order. Amazingly cheap also. Lunch there was a really good perfectly made burger and my hubby had the biggest and best Rueben he ever had. So if you love delicious reasonably priced local fare this is the place!

If you like Irish pubs, with all their cheer, noise, multiple dim-lighted, cozy dining rooms, casual, nonchalant atmosphere and unpretentious decor, full colorful bar, and friendly service of good food - W.E. Sullivan's is for you. Their vast menu offers quite a variety of hefty meals, and bar food, as well.I had a very friendly talk with Billy - the owner, and also Arthur - the server. Both were very easy-going and amiable. I also took a chance to look around the pub and took some photos of the dining rooms and the bar area - the restaurant has the old and the new history, the owner told me about. He's been running this place for several years by now.The food was good, the portion wasn't too big, but in fairness, I ordered just a cup of their Roasted Red Pepper Gouda Soup (served in a cute, heated pan) and Half Sullivan's Cuban. It was an early lunch hour. I imagine, this place is quite busy in the evenings and on weekends. Even at lunch on a weekday, it was rather busy with customers. There's enough room for both small and large groups in this pub. On a sunny, warm spring day there were also people sitting at the outside area of the pub. It's a popular place! The restaurant is nicely located on Prospect Rd, in the center of all kinds of dining experiences and shopping activities.

The Tuesday special offers the Build Your Burger. Choices include a single or double burger and include a wide variety of cheeses and sauces. It is served on a regular or pretzel bun with lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion. Sides include the super delicious blue cheese bacon fries, mac n cheese, or regular fries...all at a nominal cost. The bar offers a wide variety of beers and cocktails. This is a cozy somewhat Irish bar and is a popular hangout especially on Tuesdays. The burgers are half the price on Tuesdays vs other nights...we might become regulars. One single and one double with an order of the blue cheese bacon fries and a Budweiser came to $19...and worth every penny. We'll be back...and the staff is friendly and welcoming.
