Had a wonderful time last night with friends at The Crooked Wood Bar & Grill. Alexis was our server. She was EXCELLENT! The food was outstanding. We had Egg Rolls, Nachos, Wings and Burgers. It was our first visit but won't be our last. They also had live music outside---> X's N O's band. They were entertaining! The patio area is very well designed. If you want to have fun, you can't go wrong at this establishment!

Jimmy welcomed us and kindly asked what we usually like to experience with our beer preferences. He offered a taste to guide our selection. We tried a lager and two IPA's and the stout that day; I LOVED their Single IPA, fresh, with a lingering citrus bite. The double IPA was as equally bright and TASTY, but I needed to get back home without falling off my cycle. The stout was smooth and malty, a real winner! Great beer and fair prices make this a good stop if you are doing a micro brew loop around the Dunedin area. Not much on ambience but the beer makes up for it! I'll stop by for a growler when not on a two wheeler.

Had dinner there last night. The steak was perfect, the Salmon was also good. The salad was mini and the chocolate cake was very very heavy. The Slovak Waitress was very helpful and the best service we had for long ;)

Dropped in here when I was looking to buy a house in the area. Great selection of German and US beers with some great bar food. Fairly small location, but lots of TV showing European football. I didnât drop in on it, but apparently there is a outdoor beer garden as well.

Read all the great reviews and had a very good experience at the Tuscan Sun Bistro next door so decided to give the Tavern a try. Disappointing to say the least. First, the calimare app was inedible--the squid was like hard rubber and chewed like jerky. Sent it back and one of the staff indicated that they tossed the bag it came from and removed the charge from our bill. OK this happens and hopefully it was not indicative of their everyday fare. Our burgers arrive and my wife's had a lot of raw onion on it which she specifically asked to leave out when she ordered it! The server took it back to the kitchen where the onion was scraped off and immediately brought it back to the table. You could still taste and smell the onion so to say it was less than appetizing to someone allergic to onions is putting it mildly! My sliders were OK but did have a peculiar sweet taste which I didn't care for. We gave it a whirl, were very disappointed and will probably not return.

We came in for beer flights (which we had a Groupon voucher for) and the gal behind the bar helped us pick the brews. She was so friendly and knowledgeable about the vast number of beers being served. When in the area, we would definitely return. So many beers, and so little time....

Sip85 is a cozy little eatery and bar in Palm Harbor. The food is very high quality, always fresh and expertly prepared. Our latest visit was to celebrate my step son's birthday. There were four of us and we decided to share several small plates and a couple of very good bottles of wine. The grilled Crispy Brussels Sprouts are an excellent first choice, always delicious, paired with a Caesar Salad then the Steak Tips au Poivre which were so tender and perfectly cooked. For dessert we shared the Beggars Pouches, soft cheese and pear stuffed pasta pouches, and we had them add the chocolate covered bacon bites to this, yummy! This is one of our favorite places to eat in Palm Harbor and I do recommend that you also give it a try if you haven't been there yet.

Had heard good things; 2 p.m. and it is JAMM'N. Menu doesn't have anything really appealing ...sandwiches and burgers and same-o salads and overpriced entrees??? Thought i was ordering fishnchips and got a salty talapia(?) sandwich w/ skimpy fish and FRIES in tha sandwich. Also needed 2 pay $.95? EXTRA for (too salty)fries instead of potato salad??? Waitress o.k. but not friendly and 2 other tables got their food more quickly yet were seated after us.Not a thing to draw us back tho we MIGHT try brunch at SOME point far future.

A taste of Detroit in sunny Florida. All your favorites from back home that make you feel like you are home!
Stopped in on Tuesday. Sat at a table near the back. Waiter took our drink order. Then our food order. I had the meat coney which was basically a loose meat but on a hot dog bun with chili, mustard and onions. It was good. The bun does not fall apart like so many places. He had the flint coney and a special. Both good but if he had to pick only one he would order another special coney. She also had the special. She enjoyed it tremendously. The waiter was very nice and did a good job and serving us. The place is clean and includes a very small bar you can sit at. They do offer happy hour W-F 3 pm to 6 pm which includes some drinks and food specials. We will be back. Can't wait to try some of the Polish items on the menu. Thank you for stopping by hope to see you again soon
