We were in the area and decided to stop in..We weren't disappointed. My wings were fantastic and our Burger was delicious. Beer was very cold - always a plus..

I honestly try not to eat at the hotel restaurant because usually the food is overpriced and mostly mediocre. But dance competitions/conventions are unpredictable as are my dancers and the hotel restaurant is frequently the most convenient option. We had dinner here the first night of our stay. My girls both ordered the chicken strips and fries from the kidsâ menu (kudos to them for allowing teens to order from that menu) and I had the fried oyster poâboy with fruit instead of fries. We ordered these more basic meals because the other entrees were outrageously priced (in the $30/entree range). My girls said their chicken and fries were good. The fries, they said were nothing special but they liked the chicken and especially the honey mustard sauce. My fried oyster poâboy was pretty good. Itâs hard to mess up fried oysters, but the bread was good and I liked the tabasco remoulade. I was a little worried since I donât like a lot of spicy heat but this had just a little kick, not too much. I liked the little drizzle of honey on my fruit.Yes, overpriced but at least cheaper than the entrees. The fried oyster poâboy was $18 and chicken and fries was $8 each. Convenient and at least better than the usual hotel fare.

As soon as we arrived we picked up a map and found this place on the town map, so we gave it a try and SO glad we did. The waitress was so accommodating and even recommended a lunch which I tried and absolutely loved. We ordered cold beer off the tap and it paired perfectly with our BBQ Pork sandwiches. This place is definitely a staple when we return to charleston again.

My wife and I met friends at Breck's Steakhouse. Their son who lives in North Charleston had recommended it. I decided to try the hamburger steak. It was 14 ounces of hamburger smothered with gravy and onions. Came with two sides. One of our friends had the same thing. He enjoyed it too. My wife tried the rib eye and said that it was delicious. We arrived just before six and it wasn't crowded at that time. Look forward to coming back in the future and trying other items on the menu.

Prices are a little high for me and the food is average compared to the other places in the area, service has been hit or miss on the times I have visited. I have co-workers that eat here almost everyday so I guess it is a personal opinion.

Our family of four recently and everyone's meal was excellent. My wife raved over the Irish stew, the fish & chips reminded me of the last time I had fish & chips (Dublin, Ireland), my son enjoyed the open face roast beef and my daughter enjoyed her customized madra rua burger. Don't forget to order a Guinness!! The seating and atmosphere is definitely genuine Irish Pub. Great service. Will be back!

Having lived in the UK I have a preconceived idea about fish and chips. The fish was very good but over-battered. The chips were very greasy and much too limp. Mushy peas were a nice attempt but had a strange taste. Service was superb. Meal was brought out curiously wrapped in paper but it stuck to the table because the table was so sticky. Glad I tried it but will not feel compelled to return.
