First visit here as we were staying at Hilton nearby and made the short walk behind the shopping area. We were seated on the side with the bathrooms and near the back but not in the very back. Queen, according to the receipt, was our very attentive server. She had my refills before I could request them. The food was ok. My mistake was upgrading to the onion rings. They were mostly batter and not that great. My Reuben was average and had good amount of meat. Others had chicken quesadillas, Swiss & Mushroom burger, and Pecan Bleu Salad. All the food was good but nothing to write home about. The service was so good that I am giving a 5. I usually tip 15% or so, but I left almost 22% because of the great, attentive service. Thanks Queen and others!

Chase's Grille and Wingery Tu-Sat 11-10pm Sun 12-10pm
After making an unexpected trip to ATL, we found ourselves hungry looking for a decent place to stop in Norcross. The reviews were good so we took a chance. The place was very clean and charming. The wings and fries were probably the best that I've had, however the service was not great. As a southerner, I'm used to being greeted with a smile. We didn't get that at all. An older lady was there "running" things and she didn't crack a smile or say anything to me or my party, even though we were in close proximity while waiting for our food. I'm not sure if she was the owner or manager, but I left feeling unappreciated as a customer. I'm not sure if I"ll return. Maybe it was a bad day, but I hate feeling like my business is unwelcomed or unappreciated.

Pub Ten is a craft kitchen that serves pub food with a twist. We have a great selection of craft beer, as well as a large selection of bourbon and have have a full service bar. Pub Ten is the sister restaurant to Ten Bistro and are locally owned and opera
Wednesday evening, my husband and I visited Pub Ten for dinner with some very dear friends. It was an excellent experience riddled with problems. Let me explain. We sat down and were promptly served drinks. We ordered soon after that. I had ordered the âspecialâ of the evening. After several minutes, the manager herself came out to tell me they were out of the specific cheese used in this special. I dine out often enough to know that when a restaurant runs out of an ingredient, there are no more âspecialsâ to be had. But no - she offered two additional options - a different kind of cheese or wait a few minutes longer and they would bring in the needed cheese. Since my companions were in no hurry, we said, thatâs fine, we can wait. She immediately offered to bring out chips for us while we waited, which was a very nice gesture. We enjoyed the chips and just sat there talking and having a good time. I guess someone went to a local market to get the cheese, because my companion observed someone coming in, carrying cheese. We knew it wouldnât be long now, and all was still just fine. A few minutes later, they bring out the three other meals. I was a little confused, since we all thought the meals would come out together. My companions went ahead eating, since I didnât want their food to get cold, waiting on mine. Shortly, my âspecialâ came out and it was worth waiting for. It was a burger and I thought it would have fries or something with it. I inquired and immediately she said, no, it doesnât, but Iâll bring fries anyway. Not necessary, but again, a very nice gesture. Then, she brought out desserts - on the house. My goodness! My husband once said that the way a manager treats an issue is what makes an establishment go from good to excellent. That is exactly what happened for us at Pub Ten that evening at dinner. Not only will we go back often, we will take friends and family to Pub Ten. Thank you, Pub Ten, for an excellent dining experience!

We had drinks at Iron Horse tavern and it was a nice place for it. They have some good draft beer choices. They also had a nice fire going which we sat near. The atmosphere was good and our server was great. We did not eat anything, but they had a full pub style menu.

This was my first time. Came with a buddy who had been here a few months ago. Set up like your basic bar with lots of TVâs and they had trivia going this night. Good beer selection and friendly bartenders. I was told their pizza was good and it sure was. I ordered a custom pizza with about 6 toppings. Delicious! There was a good crowd, fairly full but not packed. Seemed Line everyone was having a good time. I would happily return.
