This place is located in San Francisco where you have many restaurant options. We decided to go into Noi just because it looked nice from the outside. The place is very nice, seems clean and new. You have an outside patio where you can enjoy the sunset and there's also seating inside with AC. The menu is big and filled with good options. We ordered some appetizers and the we shared a salad (not very hungry). The food seemed very expensive (49 reales for a salad $15 USD). The beer was very good and they had lots of options. The staff did not speak english of spanish but still made a big effort to serve us, they were very friendly. Good place to visit if you are in Niteroi.

à dificil fazer feijoada ruim, mas eles conseguiram.... Talvez o ramo seja cerveja e petisco....mas feijoada não é. Muito salgada, poucas carnes flutuando numa agua de feijao, sem reposicao....ou seja paga caro e come mal. A feijoada nao vale a pena....

I actually visit there for both the food and the staff. The burger is huge and, because it comes with fries, can be easily shared by two people. Also the drinks are so different!

Logo de cara vc já percebe que o atendimento é demorado, por conta da quantidade de garçons que não é suficiente para todo o espaço. Nesse dia que eu fui eram 3 para todo o restaurante. Fomos para almoçar e nos indicaram um churrasco misto que serviria 3 pessoas. De fato é um prato muito bem servido onde come bem 3 pessoas (se não fosse as guarnições, a carne daria até pra 4 pessoas tranquilamente). Preço dentro do esperado.Local agradável, de frente para a praia de São Francisco. Pecaram somente no atendimento.
