I had heard about Shake Rag and thought it might be a good place for my wife and I to get a good meal/ entertainment. As someone who has no desire to drink alcohol, I knew the temptation wouldn't be there. Let's just say I learned/was reminded that bars, and let's make no mistake this place is a watering hole. The language is horrible, there is a lot of drinking/drunken behavior, God's name is often taken in vain, and I was appalled at how many married people (you could see their wedding rings on) were with people other than their spouses. In other words, it is a haven for those looking for someone on the side. This is no place for anyone who has a conscience, values, or is a person of faith. I was wrong to ever go a place such as this. Major thumbs down.

6 rotating ciders on tap and a great dining menu. The porch is perfect for enjoying a drink and the local wildlife. (There's peacocks that roost in the area!)

I ate here with my family. We were seated when we walked in. Our waitress was nice and did a good job but the food wasn't the best. We ordered the fried mushrooms and they was cooked to much and were very hard. We also ordered the seafood dip and it was pretty good. I had the Catfish and it was just ok. Tasted like it was fried in old grease. Fries were good. My husband had the fetus 8oz ribeye and it was also just ok. My MIL ordered the half chicken and when she pulled it apart it was bloody and not cooked long enough. We were all a little disappointed in the food considering the high prices.I was really hoping our meals would be great but they were not. Not sure if any of us will be back.

Had dinner here after driving over 600 miles that day. I was looking forward to a nice cold beer and good dinner, of which neither happened. Asked for a Samuel Adams, which was on the menu, and was told "didn't have any". Waited about 30 minutes to order, then another 20 minutes for the meal to come out. Bread never did make it to the table!! Finally asked for the bill. Will not make this mistake again.

I love chicken wings and decided to try this place out while on a mini vacation due to the great reviews. Had fried pickles which are spears and not chips if that matters to you. 10 bone in wings half lemon pepper and half honey mild. The wings came in a basket and at the bottom was all the grease that should've been drained. Service was good they were nice and the place was very clean to be in an old building. Would I go back NO. It just didn't give me a wow factor. Food was very basic and not finger licking.

This establishment reminds me os the beer joint honky tonks I frequented in my younger days. I did not think it was ok to smoke in any eatery in Tennessee, but it is allowed here. I ate an ok breakfast here this morning, but it was nothing to write home about. The server was pleasant and aiming to please. Prices are reasonable. Live music and dancing on weekends.

Our family was able to sit around in one area and not be separated.Huey's has the best nachos, catfish and tuna sandwiches anywhere. Service was fast. Prices are reasonable, parking was convenient. Drinks are refreshed by a carafe filled with whatever you might be drinking.Great hamburger, excellent kabob, and chili cheese fries. Very professional service. No one in the family complained. Televisions all around for entertainment. By the time we finished, the restaurant was full with a wait. Huey's is a safe bet on any occasion.WOW!
