Every once in a while one gets lucky and finds a gem of a restaurant while driving from one city to another. On our recent drive from Aarhus to Copenhagen we stopped at a charming looking restaurant in Middelfart. Not only was the building inside like a return to the past but the owner Mr. Rasmussen had a Victor Borge charm. Couple this with some of the best open faced sandwiches we had on this recent trip to Denmark and you have a memorable dinning experience at a modest cost. It does not have a Michelin star like some of the restaurants we visited in Lyon but for what it says it is it gets five stars from me.

We visited Cafe Razz in May 2018, we sat outside in the sunshine but it blew a little so we were offered some blankets to take around us. Great service, great view of the water with the little town bridge in the background

We were in Fredericia for just the day and popped in for a beer to escape the rain. My husband was very happy as we're from Liverpool and the owner is an avid LFC fan! Sky Sports is shown on TVs around the walls. The staff are very friendly and the local beer is good - they offered us samples as we couldn't decide what to have. Although we didn't here we saw others with food - the burgers were huge and looked delicious. The owners seem very committed to this pub and there is entertainment on most nights. Good indoor and outdoor seating too.

Havde hørt at deres mad skulle være god og prisen det samme.Menu består af burger, pommes og dip for 75kr burger og pommes er en fin portion, aioli smagte fint, deres cheeseburger og pommes smagte herligt, bøffen var saftig.Sodavand er dyrt, 35kr for 0,5LEt sted jeg kommer igen, dog kunne der godt have været terrasse varmere, nu der har hyggelig udendørs servering, der var dog tæpper. Heard that their food should be good and the price the same. Menu consists of burger, french fries and dip for 75dkr burger and french fries are a nice portion, the aioli tasted fine, their cheeseburger and french fries delicious, the steak was juicy. Drinks is expensive 35dkr for 0,5LA restaurant I visit again. However, there could well have been terrace warmer, now that has nice outdoor dining, however there were blankets.
