With a party of two we met at Amuseer by accident on a Thuesday evening. Restaurants in the neighbourhood were all closed so we ended up here. The entrance is a nice terrace to sit but we choose to sit inside like the others. The menu is offering enough varierty. I had the spareribs (2 racks) with fries and salad. Good tasty ribs to enjoy. My friend had Schnitzel and was happy too. So we ordered the dessert, strawberries and cake. Great dessert and friendly priced. Great value! Parking for free next to the restaurant.

Sitting at the terrace at the moment. Service is good but food for dinner is not so impressive. The hearty mergez-couscous meal my husband ordered was more a salad with tabbouleh on the side. Since I wasn't too hungry, I chose the 'drieluikje' surprise comprised of soup, fish and meat taster menu. For â¬10, it was not exciting at all. Just a cold dish of tuna mayo, smoked salmon and prawns, tomato farmhouse soup in an espresso cup and two tiny chicken wings. I enjoyed the dessert best: choice of Greek yoghurt with honey and walnuts and the apple crumble with hazelnut ice cream (the menu said caramel ice cream though). Having said that the place is your guaranteed eating place in a quiet Ardennes village. The servers speak French, Dutch and probably German. It was at least child friendly being at the terrace. My kids played with their scooters at the far end of Place Lambert.

The restaurant located in an old missionary serves a small menu with easy going meals and easy going service. Very cheap and in accordance with the meal. Not too fancy, but good to go. We had the local special "Zuur vlees" which was alright. The restaurant closes at 8 PM!!! So be in time.

We were attracted by the outdoor seating which is really nice and cool to seat down to do people watching. We wanted to order some snack and with some beers before dinner. But the waiters said the kitchen is too busy to make any warm food like fried meat etc... They can only do chips and some olive. We ended up having 2 beers and left for other restaurant for dinner.

We had dinner there on a friday evening in Januari with the Albert Heijn "restaurant actie"The food was good, see the image.Staff was friendly
Traditional Limburgian pub that serves typically Limburgian dishes and specialty beers. Good starting point for a hike, easy to reach with public transportation, easy to find a parking spot. Bit busy with chatter and music, and smells of smoke, so not as suitable for a quiet family lunch.
