The Sardine Room offers a raw bar with pristinely fresh oysters and seafood, along with small and large plate menus featuring American bistro fare. A rotating chalkboard menu draws on seasonal, locally sourced products, keeping daily specials fresh and re
Service was very good and accommodating. I was not in a hurry to order and we only got appetizers on a Sunday night. The server treated us with respect like we were ordering bottles of Dom. It was a very nice experience. I was surprised by the music. It was a mix of Prince and some older 80's tunes and they repeated the same songs (some of them) more than a few times. How many times can one hear Diamond Girl? We will be back.

Food so very tasty and very well priced. Salmon. Steak tips. Were what we ordered and enjoyed it. I gave only three stars because if the service. The first time we went we had great service and between that and food decided to go return. The next time the service girl was very sweet but inexperienced and didn't attend to our table if four. Instead she sat down and ended up having a date with one of the men at our table even though bus wife was there!!!! Very uncomfortable and embarrassing. Waitresses should do their job and not hit in the married patrons. The man was embarrassed and when we tried to get our bill paid. The one to pay was orating and talking to men instead!!!! Sad

Been going there for a very long time (I watched the Watergate hearings back in 1973 there as a freshly minted 18 yr old drinker ). It is always great stop for a burger and beer(s )or other bar food and sandwiches. Was concerned when the original owners sold awhile back. But new owners are continuing the traditions like the condiment tray and decor. I have never had a substandard burger there and the onion rings are excellent. My burger last night was perfectly prepared. If you are really hungry try the double shift burger (2/3 lb) on an onion roll. Large beer selection, they even have the new Stroh's Bohemian Beer on tap right now. There is no kids menu, but once my kids were 13 or older I felt very comfortable taking them there to eat. Experienced servers make everyone feel at home and comfortable. The only thing I miss that used to be in there is the Twin Pines Dairy, Milky the Clown clock that used to be on the wall. We're thrilled that you have been dining with Mason's so long! We truly appreciate hearing that we have kept the traditions alive here at Mason's. We know that our burgers and onion rings are a staple, and would never mess with perfection! We hope to see you again soon.

Hubby had the Asian Shrimp stir fry and it was waay too spicy for his taste, he couldn't finish it. I had the Chicken Picatta and the sauce was really great but the chicken was very dry. The coleslaw was terrible. I must say the server was excellent and the food came out all at the same time. There were 9 of us. Will probably never go back, though.

A younger friend took me here for dinner and I have to say it is a fun Bar/Restaurant. If you are into cold Beer and Beautiful woman, this is the place. The servers and Bartenders here are some of the most beautiful woman I have seen at a restaurant. And Yes, they dress very sexy. The service here was excellent. We sat at the bar and both Bartenders were very nice. Of course they have a full bar. The restaurant décor is nice. Large, roomy and easy to relax. Lots of screens to watch the game. I think we counted about 32.The food here. We both ordered the Pot Roast. We both enjoyed it. NOTE: We ordered the Meat and Cheese plate for an appetizer. There was no cheese. Maybe an over site but they need to look into that appetizer. If you are the person that feels that woman serving food and drinks in sexy outfits is wrong and we have evolved past this, this is not your restaurant.Gladly go back

Eat. Drink. Be Happy. What does it take to be a regular at Bar Louie Livonia? An enjoyment of the craft and the desire to experience something out of the ordinary. From our Chicago roots, we've always known that having a comfortable place to hang out, get
My husband and I enjoy going to Bar Louie for the great deals they have on Tuesday with appetizers, specifically the flat bread pizzas. Unfortunately, this location has disappointed us one too many times with poor service and we won't be returning. When we entered the restaurant, nobody was at the hostess stand to greet us. We waited for several minutes, then the bartender yelled over that we can take a seat anywhere, which we did. Twenty minutes went by and not a single person came to our table or acknowledged us. There was a waitress that was serving the table next to us, but not once did she stop by and ask us if we wanted something to drink or even offer us a napkin. We finally had no choice but to get up and walk out. This was at 6:30 p.m. in the evening - not some off-time either, and the restaurant was only slightly busy. I can only hope that management will discuss with the staff the importance of greeting customers and waiting on them in a timely manner.MXB, this is disappointing to hear. We are so sorry to have dropped the ball like that during your visit. We like to keep it casual, but you should never be waiting long before one of our servers greets you. We will pass your comments along to the management for further consideration on how the team at Liviona can best prevent incidents like this in the future, and we will be working with them to ensure that your feedback will result in positive changes to our service. Again, we are sorry to have let you down, and we will do our best to make sure that it does not happen again. We hope to be able to serve you one of our great Happy Hour deals without the hassle in the near future. -PB

Met some high school friends here this past weekend and found this place to have a very relaxed atmosphere. The food is great, service good and prices reasonable. The only thing is that you had better bring cash, they don't except plastice. I grew up 4 blocks from this place and never visited until I moved away and came back to visit RU alums here.

I ordered the shepherds pie which was pretty good. Our party also ordered the corned beef and cabbage. The corned beef was very fatty. It could be the supplier but I think the chef should have been pickier in providing. Overall the food was okay but nothing I found that special. It does have a cool Irish atmosphere feel to it.

If you want standard corporate Italian fare with a noisy atmosphere, go here. Otherwise, try Luigi's for REAL homemade Italian a few doors down. OK for families or larger groups who don't care too much about quality. Group salads are sparce with items other than lettuce.
