Restaurant and bar in Naperville with one of the Western Suburbs' largest beer lists. Old Town Pour House is a brand new restaurant and bar featuring 90 craft beers on tap and classic American food with a twist. With a mouthwatering menu and energetic atm
Great beer selection. Service was sophomoric. The food, unfortunately is marginal at best. The highlight was the fruit side that came with the kids menu items. It is Naperville and it is chain-like. So buyer beware. But just opt for the beer. The selection is solid and on draught. Or go to a bar.Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience at Old Town Pour House. Thank you for providing your feedback. I will relay your comments to the management team so that we can offer extra support and training to our team wherever they may need it. We hope that we can show you our ability to improve based on guest feedback. - Lee

I live in the city so I never would have found Mapo on my own. But my Chinese family likes to go here on New Year's Day, so we headed over here as a group. I did see a comment about it not being "real Chinese", but I can say that my sister-in-law, who was born in Xi'an and lived there until her 30's (her family still lives there--she's the only one who resides in the US) has said this is her favorite Chinese restaurant. It reminds her of food she would have in China. And while there are some great dishes here--the country style beef is my favorite, and I don't usually like beef dishes--I was not about to try the pig intestine that even the other Americans said was not bad.
A friend and I were in town for a meeting. We needed a quick place to go for lunch and didn't want a chain restaurant. We drove around a bit and found this place. It is in a strip mall and to be honest it looked a little shady. There was no one in the place. It looked like a dive bar. We were warmly greeted by our server which we would find out was the manager. The menu was diverse and had some really good foods offered. I chose one of the $6 lunch specials which was the pub burger and fries and my friend shoes a BLT wrap and Cole slaw. It didn't take long to get our orders. My burger was one of the best burgers I had ever had! It was cooked just right and it was thick and juicy. My seasoned fries were also excellent. My friend said her cole slaw was really good and her wrap was excellent. When we left the manager thanked us and gave us his card and invited us back. Thanks Carter! Great food and great service! Believe me when I am in the area again I will be back.

I have only ever been here for lunch, and have nothing but good things to say. Very fast setvice, good food (classic hot dogs and fries to good sandwiches, too). Their bar area looks great too, and they always have live entertainment advertised as well.

I occasionally meet a client at Brick House for a couple of drinks and a short meeting. There are tables along the back wall which offer privacy. The drinks are reasonable, we have yet had anything to eat from the Brink House. It's basically an up scale sports bar.

We had EVVIVA pizza delivered. It was excellent -- a blast from the past. I remember loving Salerno's pizza back in the 1970's/1980's. This is from the same family with the original recipe. Fresh ingredients, great sauce and very tasty crust. It's well worth a try if you haven't had it!

I get back to Lisle frequently and head here for a good meal without stress. The menu is easy to read and the entrees provide good variety. The sides are tasty and serve well to complement the main course. I never quite leave enough for dessert, but a great beer always slakes my appettite.
