Arrived way too early to BWI to check luggage, so we needed a place to relax for awhile. DuClaw is just outside the secure areas by Southwest Ticketing, between Concourses A & B. No problem with seating or space to put our luggage. A server came over quickly offering both food and beverage menus. We chose drinks only and received them quickly. After checking on us once or twice though, our server completely disappeared. After noticing new servers helping other patrons we deduced that ours was gone! We could have easily walked out of the place without anyone even caring! Asking for help at the bar to pay our check appeared to cause them confusion! Looks like they need to review how to cover their customers when shift changes happen. Never got a chance to order food or refills as we needed to move on!

Shannon's is a small pub-style restaurant bar in Baltimore Highlands. It's easy to find right on Annapolis Road (which becomes B&A Blvd further south) and it's small parking lot fills up at popular times. It's not a very large place, half the space is taken up by the circular bar, and the other half of the room has several tables for diners. Large flatscreens are scattered throughout. They have an average beer selection, but one that's good enough. I opted for a Shocktop draft while my wife stuck with Guinness. We arrived during happy hour, but the pricing was still odd. My tiny mugs of Shocktop were $2.25 while my wife's pints of Guinness were six bucks. (They are capitalizing on their Irish heritage and serving Guinness at $3.17 for St. Patrick's Day celebrations.) Sizing options were not offered by our waitress, so I guess that's just how they serve them. Every table was filled while we were there, but our waitress valiantly kept up with the room. We started with the mussels, which had a tasty but thick broth and was served with crispy garlic bread. My crabcake entrée was very large, packed with meat and just enough filling to hold it together but was light on the seasoning. My wife really enjoyed her Shannon's sandwich, which was packed with tasty ingredients to the point that the basic Kaiser roll did it a disservice. Shannon's is clearly a local favorite, and it's a good place to watch a game. It's a step up from nearby dives and if you just want a basic place to enjoy a beer, this place will fit the bill.
This place is really two places in one. The right side is a large sports bar. It was loud but looked like fun. The left side is a sit down restaurant. It was less loud but the music still pumps through. The menu is diverse & has a lot to offer. The crab cake was tasty. The "Hawaii Five-O" (ham sub with pineapple) was good also. The buffalo chicken flatbread was also good. Desserts were surprisingly good. I definitely recommend the deep fried cheesecake.

Located at Baltimore international airport, this is a comfortable stop between flights. Crab cakes are very good and fried oysters are a nice appetizer. Pretty ordinary fare, much of it fried. Drinks are poured using a shot glass and all martinis are made as doubles.

Jumped in here for a quick breakfast on our way to our gate (6:45 AM departure). F&F was open, and our server took care of us promptly. Our breakfast was good, reasonably priced (for the airport), and served in good time. The server was friendly, too, which was nice to experience. I'll have no problems stopping in here again in the future.

Our server really tried. I was torn between a 1 or 2 because she tried, the kitchen was so bad, I gave them a one. Bad drink right off the bat. Sent it back, the next better but not close to being worth the price. The entree was over cooked/under a heat lamp???The toast was cooked on one side only-seriously,how do you not know how to cook toast The meat was over cooked and greasy. When asked at the end how we liked our meal, we told her these complaints. She just smiled and said sorry. Maybe an off day for them , but..... how do you mess up toast... my 2 year old can make toast???

We were hoping for crab cakes on our trip but unsure how that would work. A 90 minute flight delay did the trick as our gate was very near this restaurant. We both had crab soup and split a two cake dinner with cheese grits and veggies. Cake was as advertised and almost all meat. Very good if time is limited. Not much for atmosphere but typical for most airport restaurants. Iâd go here on every flight if possible

Horrible service at the bar. Practically ignored. Unhelpful, inattentive, never checked in after food was delivered, never cleared plates, had to wait for check as they were to busy chatting with employees to look at customers. Didn't even say thank you dropping off the check. Food was ok, but ruined by the overall experience.

A rare gem in an area not otherwise known, with a few exceptions, for great dining. Little India Cafe is tucked away in an unassuming strip mall, but its worth finding! The three of us ate like princes for under $23/head on flavorful, nicely prepared and presented, well-portioned lamb, chicken, shrimp, dishes served piping hot with wonderful sauces. The Indian Feast was multi-coursed and fit for three, but we supplemented it with tandoor grilled prawns, and came away stuffed and happy. Attentive staff, Indian-themed setting. We'll be back!
