Reviews on Pub food in Lindos, South Aegean, Greece. You’ll have three beaches to choose from in Lindos: calm Pallas Beach, secluded St. Paul’s Bay, and the main beach, Megali Paralia. Save time to explore the town itself, too. It’s a bit of a hike up to the acropolis, but the view is magnificent.
Things to do in Lindos
Located right on the beach at Kalathos, this beach bar/cafe has a relaxed vibe. Mellow music, cold beers and ok bar food. You can rent sun loungers on the beach and hang out all day. The beach is shingle and is tricky walking in and out of the water. Service was a little slow and there didnât seem to be great communication between the staff. The waitress did a full tour of the beach with our frappes before eventually bringing them to our table. Worth a visit for a chilled out lunch and to escape the crowds in Lindos.

Eat here twice ( 1 fussy eater!) this has more of your burgers / kebabs etc then typical Greek flare. Saying that my Greek salad was delicious. Cocktails a little sweet. Friendly staff prices reasonable as not sat on a roof top !!
I thought the Lindos Horizon Snack Bar deserved it's own listing. The food caters for all from a full English to Souvlaki, it is all fantastically cooked and great value, with a good view over Lindos of the Acropolis. The real treat are the homemade burgers made by Stavros' Mum. Also the drinks are great value too!

We used to love visiting here especially the cushioned area at the back, but the staff were no longer interested in serving you. We felt as tho weâd interupted their chill time. It was not busy but there was no smiley faces or happy chat. Not going back

Founded in 1975 as the first original rock bar in Lindos. In what used to be a antique Captain's house we serve a variety of drinks from local greek liquors to the most original cocktails and of course the classics that never miss a hint of our passion ins
We have been going to Socrates for 15 years now - in fact, since we got married in Lindos in 2004! This place never disappoints us - we love the friendly staff, the music, the atmosphere and of course, the fact that you can have a bit of a dance in the bar downstairs! The cocktails are really good, as is the wine. If you are after a quieter evening, then the seating area upstairs is really chilled - we have often sat up there if we just want to sit and chat - perfect!Overall, in our view, one of the best bars in Lindos and most definitely worth a visit!

We recently visited the Lindian house bar in Lindos Village . On arrival we was greeted by a smile from the lovely ellie She was warm and welcoming and quickly helped us to find a table. We could choose from the roof terrace which offered amazing views of the beautiful village, the picturesque courtyard or the wonderful inside area . Drinks received were delicious, the cocktails are served in very authentic glasses , ours was in a mini shopping trolley !!! Inside the bar , DJ Mike plays all the classics and the latest tunes so something for everyone. He interacts with all customers and makes you feel like a friend . The owner and her family are warm and genuine and give the bar a true family feel, We had an absolutely fabulous time dancing the night away in a wonderful family friendly bar with amazing cocktails, canât wait to return

... So why do so many people get bent out of shape if the owner of Captain's House asks people to buy a drink if they want to take photos of his business? I'd do the same in his shoes and be similarly unapologetic! The drinks are good and reasonably-priced, given the location. The decor fits the historicity of the building. Seating is comfortable. Staff could be slightly friendlier to paying customers I feel, hence the 4 stars. One thing to watch: you should be careful when walking around (both in this business and Lindos in general). A lady fell over right in front of us because of the ground tiles.
