Very nice bar with beautiful terrace and view over the lake and on Isolabella.Helpful and friendly staff. It has become our favorite place to get our drinks.Definitely worth a visit.

I simply adore this place. And come back quite often.The choiche of starters (salami, onion rings, olives, fried pepperoni and foat cheese, fried zucchini,fried more or less everything!,,) is super yum, just don't eat too much, otherwise you will not have ebough space left for the amazing fiorentina and country style fries.Beer is served nice and cold, in pitchers. They also have a decent selection of wine.Decor isnt at its finest, but they have a nice al fresco area.I reccomend this place if you are a meat lover!!!

Siamo tornati a cena dopo un paio di mesi che mancavamo. Niente da dire, la Taverna è sempre il top. Tutti gentili, si interessano ogni volta per sapere se è andato tutto bene... il cibo è buonissimo (ormai abbiamo assaggiato quasi tutto e non c'è niente che non ci sia piaciuto).L'ultima volta abbiamo provato gli straccetti di maiale con peperoni e patate. Era un piatto del giorno, ma spero di ritrovarlo perchè mi è piaciuto così tanto che ne avrei mangiato un altro piatto!

Ispra was my base for some cycling training and I was given the tip to try Robyâs by a local.Great fresh food with a nice variety of daily specials at an unbeatable price. I ended up coming back here every evening and enjoyed a whole range of excellent pasta dishes.Roby is a relaxed, well-traveled and very hospitable Dutchman who has lived in Italy for a long time and developed his passion for Italian cooking. He also speaks a whole range of languages.And Roby was also very welcoming to my dog who accompanied me each evening.I will certainly be back on my next visit to Ispra on the beautiful Lago Maggiore.thank you much for your review, hope to see you soon, enjoy your staying! The âtapasâ style menu was perfect in this restaurant. We sat outside and enjoyed watching the busy street in front of us. The food portions were just right. Very flavoursome! We had to resist not going back the following evening because we wanted to experience a range of restaurants, however this one was just lovely! We would recommend the mixed bruschetta, soup and cut meats. The veg piadine was also beautiful. We would certainly recommend!

Very cute, cosy and nice place. Pkeasant interior, nice choice of Italian craft beer (especially bottled). Extremely friendly staff. Nice place to sit up to midnight. And what is nice: even for small beer they serve tapas for free (like in Spain as bar name is Spanish - donât ask why, even bartenders donât know)
