This "do-it-yourself" burger house along Rizal St, Legazpi City has a good interior. It's small and cozy. Food is fine. It's filling. You may also create your own burger. You may choose from the list of ingredients to make your own.Price range, approx. PhP120 to PhP350 per meal.

For the past few years, 21st Amendment has been the choice hangout of my friends and I mainly because of its accessibility. Though quite pricey, their food is pleasant but never outstanding. On peak days/hours, it can get quite noisy and crowded inside the bar/resto which is why I prefer their outdoor seating. But this review is really for the very disappointing Caiperoska that I was given last night. My drink was too sweet to consume and I had to order a beer instead. Where most bars in their price range would offer to replace my drink, the bartender just smiled at my complaint. Although I usually get superb customer service at 21st Amendment, last night was really one for the books hence this review. So, if you are thinking of ordering their cocktails, think again. Stay clear of the Caiperoska.
Where to eat Asian food in Legazpi: The Best Restaurants and Bars

My friend brought me to this popular restaurant along Legazpi Boulevard. Indeed the place was well known for great food as the restaurant was quite packed. Everytime a table is emptied another group of customers will immediately get seated. The place has a 2nd floor which gives you a good view of the bay. They offer drinks in cute and fancy glasses (i just love my mango shake in a bulb). Noted also that the food is reasonably priced with sufficient serving. We ordered baked scallops, salpicao, carbonara, stuffed squid and tuna. The food was delicious and really worth coming back. A must try!

Been here multiple times and so far the best restaurant in Legaspi that offers sea food. Must try: Kiniliaw na tanigue or tuna, sinigang na hipon, salt and pepper squid.Price: very reasonable. 1000 pesos for a group of 4. Except for the food packages they offer. I thinks those are over rated. Quality: Seafood are fresh. They will not offer it anymore if not fresh... Ambience: this is in front of the bay walk, so the view is perfect. Their restrooms are super improved compared 2 years ago.

My friend treated me and another friend of ours here, Lava just recently opened around the time we ate there so their menu wasn't really proper, so we each had a pasta of our choice, I had carbonara which was okay, nothing special about it and we ordered pizza but we didn't include a 'volcanic shot' cause we weren't about that life. lol the pizza was pretty decent and we had cocktails i forgot what i ordered but it was okay, but there was too much ice for my taste. The ambiance was okay too. The place had a laid back or pretty chill vibe to it. The service was alright, waiters were polite enough for me. overall, I'd recommend this place if you're going out with friends.
