Nel salubre e verdeggiante Vallo di Lauro in quel di Marzano esiste una realtà degna di nota e di una sosta , la pizzeria Apicius, dal nome famoso cuoco di Augusto, gestita da un esuberante ed atletico Francesco, discepolo di un noto maestro pizzaiolo campano, che unisce la tradizione alla tecnica dellâimpasto con una perfetta lievitazione che rende la pizza altamente digeribile.Pizza ottima con diversi ingredienti dalla storica pizza cacio e pomodoro a quella gourmet dove la tradizione si sposa con lâestrosità del Maestro pizzaiolo. Un ruolo importante nella pizzeria è la vulcanica simpatia di Veronica, fidanzata di Francesco, che con esplosive risate coinvolge i clienti.Si passa una allegra serata.

Sitting in the hotel at night wanting something to eat so i checked for some places nearby and this came up. Took the car out for a drive and came to this place wanting a decent burger wich you cant really get in italy in my opinion so didnt really get my hopes up.The moment i walked in the door i was greeted by a really nice staff and the one served us was a sweet italian girl who was really good at english and she was super helpful since the menu was in italian. Was going to get take away so while i was waiting for the food one of the other staff served me a free beer and they were all really friendly and it was a nice enviroment!The food was incredibly good and especially the bacon/cheese fries was heaven! This place would be my goto bar/resturant anytime i visit nalo and make sure youll order their burgers.Thanks to the staff for making my holiday greater by experiencing your bar/resturantCheersDear Rashid thanks a lot for your contribution. Questo pub era tra i nostri pensieri da un poâ di tempo e devo dire che non ha deluso le nostre aspettative. Abbiamo trovato un panino ottimo con ingredienti di alta qualità , personale giovane e gentile, buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Buonissime anche le frittatine iniziali con pasta e patate e ragù bianco, da provare assolutamente!Consigliato

My husband and I took American friends here last week so that they could have a taste of Neapolitan cooking. Wow! The pasta was fresh, the grilled vegetables were amazing, and the meat was perfectly grilled. Also, the bread was so fresh that we probably went through four baskets throughout the entire meal. We made sure to pair our meal with two different San Gregorio wines (from nearby Avellino). If you're looking for a great meal that's real---please dine here. The owner really has a fine establishment that has never disappointed us.
