I had been to a wild wings a number of years ago in Palm Desert. Remembering the wings weren't particularly large or meaty I decided maybe it was just that once.Well nothing has improved. The wings barely have meat, if you're looking for the quality of Hooters Wings be prepared to meet their size challenged relatives. Two snack orders (5 pieces), a beer and a lemonade were around $27. before tip. They have a lot of televisions throughout with multiple sports on so maybe they are hoping no one will notice the miniature wings.TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS CHAIN EXPANDS OR STAYS IN BUSINESS.
We booked a table at Aqua through Open Table never thinking it was inside a Holiday Inn. The restaurant was small but nicely appointed. Our server was Judy B. and she couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. We couldn't decide which kind of beer we liked, so she brought us some samples! We ordered fish and chips and they were very good and not overbearingly large. Judy was very attentive and just kept an eye on us while being so engaging. We ordered the bread pudding and she noticed it did not have ice cream like she said, so she brought us some. Things like that tell you she has been well trained but brings in her own style. We will definitely return and ask for her.

Tastes better than you'd think. I ordered it medium and it was delicious. Sometimes the burgers can be too juicy and make the bun wet but this burger had a good balance. Not too much guacamole so it was delicious.I cut it in half so the bun doesn't get saturated with juice anyway. Also, I tried the garlic and herb fries. They were also surprisingly good. So I got the double bonus with both a new try on the burger and fries too. Since they are bottomless, it's good to get them right away rather than waiting for having them with dinner. They also come much hotter that way. Then you get a refill with your meal, pretty much automatically. If you have a beer or beverage, it's good to have the garlic fries with your drink. I had a Blue Moon, so the garlic herb fries paired well and you can share them too. The triple bonus was the birthday month free burger, so that only cost just over $5. The spouses meal and wine cost $15 however. We ate out on the patio because we brought the dog, which was nice, cool and quiet. It was a good way to get away from the hustle and bustle inside the restaurant. Ghazalah was our waiter and did well as a trainee; it was fun to quiz him.click the helpful button, I typed a lot...

Our party of 9 enjoyed fries and cheeseburgers, chopped salads, kids pizza, sweet potato fries, a beef dip sandwich and carne asada tacos. Love their varied menu items and loved that the music was not cranked up so loud that we couldnât talk to each other. We had a very pleasant dinner, no alcohol and the bill was $121.00 without the tip. It was less than The Lot movie theater tickets!

Really didn't want to like this place it was a longer drive for dinner but it was pretty good. Plenty of free parking , well crafted cocktails, decent service , good portions of honest food, plenty of tv's to watch sports and racing and a band . if I had one complaint the guys watching the trotters were kinda dingy looking but didn't bother anyone I didn't want to like it but it was better than most

We have been wanting to visit this establishment for some time and finally had the chance to. The food is excellent and portions are huge! Our server, Karilynn was exceptional and very personable. Lots of beers on tap too! We will definitely be back to sample more of their menu!

Searching for dinner on a Thursday night, and having read positive reviews, I took a chance. Sadly it was a disappointment. Since this was football season, I was happy to see a special NFL Thursday Night beer and wine happy hour price. Apparently this only applied within the bar area, not in the restaurant seating. To avail myself of the special, I had to order from the bar, then bring my beer back to the table myself. So we start with a bad mood. Pushing onward, I decided to try a burger and fries, since that was highly mentioned. I sent back the first batch of fries, because they came to me in a solid lump. Awful. The second batch could be identified was fries, but more like fry crumbs -- about 1-inch to 2-inches long. I had high hopes for the burger. Regretfully, it was much smaller than I'd expected, and just totally unremarkable. So we rate a 3: nothing particularly bad, just generally mediocre.

This is a great place for lunch ( I have not had dinner there) with a menu that covers all palets. You can choose from outdoor seating, the bar area or the regular dining area. The service is very good and the menu items unique - I had the tuna tartare appetizer for my meal and it was perfect. My friend had the salmon salad and not only was it beautifully presented but, the salmon was excellent. It was served on top of a large salad with an assortment of farm to table ingredients and a lite dressing. The servers were professional and helped make our meal very enjoyable. I asked the people at the next table how they enjoyed their meals and they said everything was excellent . One person had the pasta and he said it was absolutely perfect!

HAPPY HOUR IS NOW ALL DAY! COME CHECK OUT THE EXPANSION TO JOE'S PLACE! Your eyes do not deceive you, at Joe's Place We're Happy All the Time! Happy Hour is now served from Open to Close! We just remodeled and expanded Joe's Place doubling its size with o
Joeâs Place, conveniently located in the Lake Forest Gateway on the south side of the intersection of I-5 and Lake Forest Drive (less than two miles south of the I-405 and I-5 interchange), is the most recent extension to an old neighborhood favorite, Peppinoâs Italian Family Restaurant. If it is your first time visiting this cluster of restaurants, bars and sandwich shops you will have difficulty finding the entrance that is on Rockfield Blvd. Joeâs Place (the bar) is a modern interpretation of the old neighborhood bar where everyone came to eat, drink, meet friends and watch a sporting event. The limited bar menu offers âhappy hourâ drink specials and delicious Italian specialties, and the good news is that the âhappy hourâ is all day, every day. It would take five paragraphs to adequately describe Joeâs Place. If you live in the surrounding cities, go there to enjoy a relaxing, friendly environment with all the current sporting events broadcasted on giant plasma screens. I gave it a 4.5-star rating.Insiderâs tip: If the parking area in front is full, drive behind the restaurant where there is always ample parking.
