We came in after a hockey game and it was not busy. We were seated and water was brought nearly right away but then it was like we were forgotten. The server Tierney came back and took drink orders and again disappeared. It took about twenty minutes for the drinks to come from a runner but our order was still not taken and we hadnât seen our server. Drinks were nearly gone and we still hadnât ordered. As she walked by we asked if we could order. We had a small order of wings - 2 small and 2 snack and after waiting another 30 minutes we pulled her aside and asked if our order was about ready. She said she would check on it and took another 5 minutes when she brought out our order. We had seen it sitting in the order window for at least 10 minutes at this time. When it came to us half the order was cold and we let her know. She said well, those last ones are hot I saw them come from the fryer. She took one snack order back and without apologizing for anything left. She returned with those a few minutes later with still no apologies. We ate and asked for our tabs. When she came to collect the money she asked if we needed cash (the tip was more than generous for the service) but being kind we said no and again with no thanks walked off with the money. On this evening someone should not have been working the floor - no pleasant or friendly personality and not thankful or helpful in any way. Very disappointing service and food.
The Boathouse has been around for many years. A little bar just off the road by a golf course. USED to be a great place to hangout and you got great service. Great patrons. Fun. But now that the new owners took over about a year ago the place is very unwelcoming. They treat their customers - including long-time regulars - with no respect. Very unfriendly. Bartender, Kim, is always rude & very unpleasant to be around. Not a fun place anymore at all. Won't ever go back there again.

My husband and I ate at this location on date night as we were heading to a nearby attraction. We had the nicest waitress I have ever had. She was very welcoming and had a huge smile on her face the entire time. Our food came quickly and I love the option to pay at the device on your table, as we were slightly rushed to get to our final destination.

This is a very nice restaurant/brewery/theater. see pics. You donât have to see a movie to eat here. Very nicely put together in the middle of the mall, upper level. I love the set up. Friendly staff. Family friendly. Prices are a bit high, but not higher than most theaters. I donât drink beer, but there were many people eating and drinking here mid afternoon. Parking lot. MarcyâsDinerTantrumScale 5/5- no screaming kids!

Drinks are expensive and the older female bartender was beyond rude. I travel here a lot and will not give them my money. Its unfortunate to have such bad service in a hotel that could potentially make a lot of money.

I have heard about this place for awhile and finally tried it. I had some pizza Chicago style which I liked. When I was in Chicago and only time before I had Chicago style pizza I didn't like it so it surprised me. I also had the adult mac and Cheese which was so good. I would go back for sure, and tell others to try it..

A group of friends enjoyed visiting and dining here - both beef and chicken nachos were super - served in an innovative presentation. (Would make a good entree). Also had the fish tacos - I'd try something else next time. Friend wasn't too pleased with the pizza. Place was full - and the service was prompt.

Went with my husband one evening for a quick bite to eat. We sat outside at the bar and enjoyed a beer while looking over the menu and watching a Stanley Cup hockey prelim game. The menu has different choices and I tried the philly flat bread while my husband had a flatbread pizza. Both were absolutely delicious! And the side of Taylor tots really were perfect - crispy and not soggy! Will be back!
