Every time my husband and I go here it is always great. The food is great. Definitely look at the specials. The chef always has something interesting. The last time we were there both my husband and I got the special. My husband got the scallops and said they were the best scallops he has ever had. I got the salmon which was equally as delicious. The place is small and sometimes gets packed, so make sure you are either willing to wait or walk around Glenside if needed. They have an outdoor area in the summer months that is cute with water and lights. It is definitely our go to place if we are not sure what we want for dinner or where to go. We have never been disappointed.

My wife and I went out to dinner here to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Chili's is one of our favorite restaurants and we come here frequently to the Jenkintown location. The service is usually always good and the food is delicious. We arrived here for an early dinner around 4pm and were seated right away. We were greeted within a few minutes of being seated near the bar by an enthusiastic and friendly young woman. She was an excellent waitress and quickly brought us additional refills on our drinks as well as additional napkins and other items that we needed at our table.Chili's has a diverse menu and great options to select from including burgers, sandwiches, tacos, burritos, quesadillas, fajitas( chicken or beef), fish and seafood options as well plus they also have steaks as well. Menu prices range from $ 8 and up to $ 20 for most entrees. There is a 2 for $ 22 menu where guests can select one of several appetizers plus two dinner options. It is a good deal and I would recommend checking out this menu.We like to get the chips, salsa and guacamole for our appetizer. We found the restaurant to be clean and the bathrooms were in good shape as well and stocked with paper towels and lots of hand soap.My wife and I shared the chocolate chip skillet cookie for dessert with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream on the side. It is freshly made and is delicious and I recommend trying it. We love sweets.Overall, we had another good experience here for dinner at Chili's and will be back here again real soon.

it seems that the restaurant has had some problems *BUT Peg CoCO, (manager) has tighten the reins and besides the increase in staff attitude [example: AISA,server]the service is approaching military excellence.. Food is food, especially when it comes to a chain of restaurants, BUT it is the finese of the staff, the cleanliness of the tables and floors and specifically the restrooms. SO take heed, Give it another try and report back to this site, As always, I am always watching, (MICHAEL)

Stopped in Sunday afternoon because friends said to try it. Friendly, bar atmosphere. Food selections were unimaginative. Prices were outrageous - chicken salad wrap $13 with no accompaniment. Side of fries $5 - flat tasting. Pub was crowded and noisy with folks seeming to enjoy themselves. I thought $40 for two people for sandwiches and one order fries and one iced tea was pretty high for ordinary food.

New American cuisine prepared in a scratch kitchen, paired with an on-site brewery producing fresh, award-winning beers, all in a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Happy Hour specials available Monday-Friday from 4pm-6pm. Reservations are accepted for lun
We were there this past Saturday evening with my husband's parents to celebrate his upcoming 50th birthday. We made a reservation through Open Table and were seated promptly when we arrived. Our server was really wonderful and was very courteous with us. Our meals were all very good and everyone enjoyed what they ordered. Both my husband and father-in-law ordered the Jaegerschnitzel, my mother-in-law ordered the Pan-Fried Pennsylvania Trout and I had the Mediterranean wrap. Both my husband and father-in-law ordered soup, as well, and enjoyed that, too.The noise level got to be a little high at times but that is understandable on a weekend.
Stopped in for dinner one evening and it was a really good idea. The parking is across the street in the municipal lot. That would probably be a drawback for some people but it really isn't a big deal. The place is really nice inside. Loved the simple menu, not too many choices, but solid ones. Had the fried chicken and the mashed potatoes are probably the best I've ever had. Great beer selection. I've had NC beer before in cans but to have it on draft - really good. With the other spot up the street thats pretty popular, the brew house offers some solid competition. It's a great option if you want something a little different.

Apparently it's a secret only known to regulars and locals because there's nothing on their site about reservations. I had checked both their site and open table (of which they are not members). We stopped for dinner prior to a show at the Keswick but we were told that reservations were necessary on show nights, and there were no tables available (and at that point 99% of the tables were empty). The hostesses were rude. We will take our business elsewhere in future.

we enjoyed walking from friends' house for Sunday evening specials. the amber ale was good, the wings were meaty and flavorful, and the clam chowder was full of clams and just-right creamy (not too thick). yes, it's small and crowded and noisy, but even sitting at the high table near the bar we were able to have conversation without shouting. all the TVs on same game. nice staff

Met up with a friend I hadn't seen in a while, and I suggested this spot since it's one of my neighborhood places to have a good time. I usually get the same thing all the time from here, but decided to try something different. Wanted to get the buffalo chicken wrap, but I don't do spicy foods like that. So I asked our waitress how spicy is it. She gave an honest opinion in that sometimes it's really hot, and then sometimes it's not so hot. So I was bummed because I really wanted to try it, but didn't want to experience the "really hot" . LOLOur waitress suggested getting grill chicken, and she would let the chef know not to add anything hot to it. Cool that worked for me, plus I still got to order my brussel sprouts....the meal comes and I take a few bites after adding ranch dressing, and my mouth is on fire. The waitress comes over to see how we are enjoying the meal, and I'm like this has my mouth on fire. She indicated that she had explained to not put anything hot in it, and offered to take it back, and have another one made. When she came back with a new one, she explained that even though she had stated nothing hot, a little something got into it. The second one was great. the manager also came over to the table to make sure that the second order was to my liking, and it was.

Overcooked burgers, tasteless tacos and bland corned beef sandwiches. Cute waitresses only go so far when the kitchen is this bad. Maybe you need to pretty loaded to enjoy the food here but the last 4 times here, we were underwhelmed. And it's not cheap either. Go to Grub in Willow Grove for a much better burger.Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review BobZielinski. We are sorry that we missed the mark on your last visit. We will share your thoughts with our staff to ensure that next time you experience the 5 star food and service we are known for. We appreciate your business and hope you give us another try soon.
