This is the second time I have ordered party orders from this Buffalo Wild Wings. The first time was not on a game day and we had no issues getting our food correct on time. However I placed an order on Wed through their online order form for 5:00 on Saturday for 50 wings and 24 chicken tenders. I called to confirm the order Saturday about 2:00. I was very careful in placing the order correctly and I read off my order again to the lady when I called to confirm. So I show up at 5 to get my wings and the place is beyond packed because Tennessee Florida game is on. They did not have my order ready at 5. It was ready about 5:12 and only because I was pressuring them to have it already. If I say 5 I mean 5. Not 5:01, not 5:10. Its that simple. Then they messed up the order. I had ordered 25 medium and 25 hot but they only gave us 50 hot. When I told them that was wrong, I was not believed and the manager on duty gave me attitude. It was a pretty younger black woman. She was like "Well that is what the order says." So then I told her I called to confirm it at 2 and read the order to that person so there is really no excuse for it being wrong. I was not going to wait for them to fix it as I had people on the way to my house for a party. I made her give me a refund for the 25 wings they messed up. But the lady threw attitude at me and told me not to yell at her when I was not yelling. I was irritated but that is not the same as me yelling. And hell the entire dumb football fan restaurant was yelling at the damn football game. So that manager sucks at customer service. They suck at having orders ready on time during a game day. They suck at getting orders right. I will be calling and speaking to corporate or the store manager. I would not do a party order there on game day.

We met for a birthday celebration after work and the happy hour was great for everyone. The selections met everyone's wants; they were able to choose from mixed drinks, wine, beer and select appetizers all at a moderate price. Our server was very attentive and never let anyone's glass get empty before she was back to check on us. Overall we were pleased with the service and drinks.

We wen to Applebees for a Labor Day weekend dinner - party of 5, including 2 children. No hostess was present to greet us- we waited about 3-4 minutes before someone appeared to seat us ( it was 8:30 on a Sunday night). Once seated, we waited about 15 minutes with no server coming to greet us or get our drink order. I asked the passing-by hostess if she could get our server, which she did after about 5 minutes. Chad, our server, was new, but he tried hard to please. Unfortunately, several menu items we ordered were not available ( including steak and carrots - hmmm). Poor managing in my opinion. Portion sizes of the " super hungry" kids' menu were very small, as was the portion of the lemon chicken adult meal. Overall, this location was definitely not up to usual Applebee's standards, and we will certainly not be returning to this restaurant.

I have eaten a lot of Mexican food all over this continent. This was the worst I have ever encountered. The chili rellino was stufffed w tasteless finely ground beef and covered w a tasteless,oily, white, plastic âcheeseâSubstance. No batter. The taco was no better with the same suspect âbeefâ, tasteless cheese and anemic tomatoes. Guacamole salad and dip was awful. Salsa out of a can ( I certainly hope nobody could make fresh salsa that pulverized or as tasteless), with stale, rancid, cold chips. Cheese dip had taste, but not sure what it tasted like. A perfectly horrible meal which I strongly suspect had MSG because my stomach is very sensitive to MSG. Within 15 min of leaving the restaurant I had severe cramps and a very upset stomach. Such a shame that a great location has such an abysmal restaurant.

We stopped in to check out this new place. It looks nice. Itâs very loud, even though not crowded. Acoustics are crazy bad. Very slow service. Hard to get our servers attention. We had to work very hard to get our servers attention. Food took a really long time to come out. Fries were cold. Buffalo Shrimp was also cold and bland. Maybe we will give it another shot. But first Time was unimpressive
