This is a real pub! We stay loyal to the buildings roots and ensure it has the atmosphere we all relish from a pub. We serve quality local and national real ales including a number from our own brewery just 2 miles up the road, as well as excellent lagers
We was staying locally, so was recommended to come here for food, they was right. The fish and chips were lovely couldnât fault at all highly recommended. The landlord was new and was fully welcoming and went through his list of gins with me!! Really good food, nice pub could do with a bit of a paint but certainly ok and sure will be done in time. Good luck with your new business your food and hospitality is great.

Community-owned pub serving British and foreign food, specialising in gluten-free meals. Recently renovated, the free house has an extensive menu, wine and real ales with garden space, free parking and dog-friendly environment. Surrounded by beautiful Suf
We came for lunch after reading the reviews and looking at all the gluten free choices on their menu. We were not disappointed, the choice was amazing, the food was delicious and the dessert menu was completely gluten free, I was actually overwhelmed by the choice. In the end I had a chocolate fondant which was perfectly cooked and tasted divine. Whether you are a coeliac, gluten intolerant or just enjoy good food then the Brook Inn is worth a visit

700 year old beamed pub with large beer garden. Children and dog friendly. Open log fire. Two restaurant areas and bar.
I do like this place and I managed to winkle my dad out of his chair.Unusual soup of celeriac and apple, but dont be put off by the sound, it was actually very nice....Not as good as their stilton and broccoli, but thats really hard to beat.Dad had his ham egg and chips, I had the veggie flan. All in all nice food and good value especially for over 65's.Place was busy as usual, staff were lovely as usual. Hope to bring Dad back here again soon.Hi there, thanks for your lovely review, much appreciated. I totally agree with you, the broccoli & stilton soup is to die for but occasionally the Chef throws his toys out the pram and insists on doing a different soup! Hope to see you again soon (and I will try and persuade the Chef to sort the favourite soup out for you). Many thanks

We were celebrating my husbandâs 65th birthday. I had the Cromer crab and Prawn salad which was really nice. However, my husband had the mixed grill. He asked for his steak to be medium rare, it was more well done and he could not get his knife through the pork because it was like a board - it was left. He complained to two waitresses. We did think that when the bill came they might take something off the bill to reflect the quality of the food but that did not happen. Really disappointed and spoiled my husbands birthday.

Under new management and reopened as of the 7th of March 2017. We are still 100% vegetarian however if you are looking for the previous occupants they have moved to the 'Walnut tree'. We hope to see you soon!
We visited here whilst on holiday for a weekday lunch as a party predominantly made up of vegetarians, including three young children. We were quite excited about the prospect of a vegetarian pub where everyone would have a full choice of dishes. It's fair to say the pub could do with a bit of a face-lift: the décor and toilets are a bit tired. However, don't let that put you off because the food is absolutely fantastic. We ordered some starters to share and then a main course each. All the dishes were really tasty and good size portions. The favourite dish was the cottage pie, which was like a hearty warm food hug. Children are also well catered for, and there's even a little playground in the garden (though sadly we didn't discover it until we were leaving!) There only appeared to be one man doing the front of house/waiting, but he was excellent: really friendly and helpful and service was prompt considering we were a party of nine. All in all a very enjoyable experience, and if we're in the area again we will definitely return.

When booking dinner for18 I received first class attention. Managers Sophie & Charlie were very helpful with suggestions to table arrangements & seating plan. Nothing was too much trouble. On arrival the party had drinks in the bar as requested with friendly and welcoming staff. The meal, quality, quantity, presentation and service all superb. Nothing was too much trouble throughout the experience.I would strongly recommend this Restaurant and will certainly be revisiting.

Whilst walking in the Kersey area asked the landlord if we could park our car in his car park, could not have been more helpfull, after 2.5 hours of walking, decided to pop in and have a drink that turned into a meal for all 3 of us, good decision great range of beers some national and local brews, good range of affordable wines, we declined starters, 2 of us had a salmon dish and the other baked sea bass cooked to perfection well presented, 2 deserts to finish, to conclude great place to eat and drink
