Dobry Browar is a modern brew pub in Gniezno with craft beer of own production.
I have visited few times now and I know it is my new favourite in Gniezno. It is at a truly European standard, with great beer and proper burgers. The various IPAs will be great for true beer lovers, but for people who wants to play it safe, I would recommend pils. The staff know their job - they are able to give you a good advice and have knowledge on the beer they are selling. All of that with smile on their face. Great service overall and needless to say I will be back.

AmerykaÅskie wnÄtrza, menu z charakterem, nowa odsÅona baru, ambasada piwa Å»ywiec, koncerty na żywo, imprezy tematyczne, karaoke w każdy czwartek, pokazy barmaÅskie i wiele innych... Prawdziwy American Dream!
Visited the Museum of Polish Origins and Basilica before stopping off for lunch. Friendly staff and our group was welcomed. Food and drink were ordered but didnât realise that the food was prepared in the Hotel Pietrak opposite (which also prepares food for the on street restaurant) so was a little late but did not affect the quality of burger I received.

Arrived at your pub last night with local friends who donât go out very often as they have two small children. As I was visiting from the UK we chose your establishment because we had never visited before, wanted a new experience. The evening started off with a drink and we settled down at the first available table. We were intending on eating later on. After about 20 minutes a member of staff came over to explain the table had been reserved and paid for and we need to move. Unfortunately there was no where for us to move to as a large group had entered whilst we were there and all seats were taken. We politely replied we would leave when we had finished our drinks. A few moments later another member of staff arrived and put pressure on us to leave and again repeated the table was booked. If we had seen a noticed saying the table was reserved we would not have sat there. This clearly was the staff not been on the ball - they didnt even have the curtesy to apologise or suggest a solution for all of us. Spoilt a rare night out with friends!
