I enjoyed a wonderful meal with friends and family on Thanksgiving Day at Padre Murphy's. The atmosphere alone made the trip worthwhile. You can dine inside or outside in the freshest air I found in town. The sports memorabilia displayed on the walls rivals anywhere in the US. The food and service exceeded my expectations and I really enjoyed the experience. I will return the next time I am in the area. Satisfying a crew on a holiday is hard enough but this place pulled it off without a hitch. I loved my big drink too! This place should be franchised. Eating there was the best part of the holiday for me and my guests agreed it was a big hit for them as well. Well done Padre Murphy's!

My husband and I met a friend who was visiting out of town here. We wanted to find a place close to where she was going to be staying and we saw that this restaurant had received really good reviews. The reviews were definitely correct! Upon arriving, they had an evening where people where line dancing. It was fun to see that. The music however, was a little loud for us, since we really wanted to chat with our friend. The hostess was extremely nice and asked if we wanted to sit in the back room. We had no idea, but it was a private area and very nice. Our server was extremely nice as was everyone else that we encountered while dining there. We were very impressed by the food and the entire restaurant. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone that is in the Peoria area, it is a wonderful place.Thank you Tamara for taking the time to rate us here at Desert Rose Steakhouse, we appreciate you. The Canyon 49 Grill is on the campus of Grand Canyon University and adjacent to the GCU Hotel. Both are part of the University's Hospitality Program and are in large part, but not exclusively, operated by students. The menu is smaller but adequate, the food (at least what I've experienced) is good, and the service is friendly. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable, and the large number of televisions around the dining room give it a sports bar feel. All in all, the experience is good, if not completely polished. If you're in the area or visiting campus it is convenient and reliable. I've been six or seven times and am happy to recommend the establishment.

Gordon Biersch offers eclectic American food with a twist. Our on-site chef creates unexpectedly good food, crafted to complement the nuanced flavors of our beer. Gordon Biersch beer is made with German precision brewing that meets American craft. We brew
I gave this restaurant a 5-star review in 2012.Much has changed in the intervening years: management, staff, menu etc.I have visited 3 times in the past couple months and tried to write off the changes. Today was a clincher: this is no longer my favorite place and certainly not worth 5 stars. We arrived shortly after 2pm and they were far from busy (12 people in the bar). We waited over 10 minutes for a server. When our order, a BOGO, was finally taken, we waited another 30 minutes to get our food. The nachos consisted of a pile of chips, couple dozen black beans, barely enough cheese to cover 10 chips (including what tasted like cream cheese) and a couple spoonfuls of tiny chopped tomatoes. It was cold. Our calamari, normally one of their best appetizers uses a lovely tempura batter, but the calamari was thinner than the paper-thin batter.it was fried in. You couldnât taste or find the calamari.Over the years their menu has changed and prices have increased, both of which I can understand. BUT to combine less quality food with increased prices and add poor service, well, Iâm done. While Gordon Biersch still serves a great handcrafted beer and a decent burger, neither outweighs the quality of service or food. You can find decent burgers and beers elsewhere. There are other restaurant/grill pubs nearby that will get my business from now on.Sad. They had it all......once upon a time.

Group of 10. Slow, slow service, the place was not crowded. Kobi burger charred on the edges, way over cooked and dry. Fish tacos were childlike in size, tasted good but terrible value. Other dishes average at best. It's a nice place, just needs a new cook. If you're going to charge that much it better be good.

We had just met up with my family and finished breakfast in the area. My son and daughter-in-law used to live in this area and wanted to stop to fill a growler. They have been here a number of times and have always enjoyed the visits. These kinds of places are kind of neat to stop at. A bit pricey compared to other locations but not bad. Good product, that is what matters!

Trying to find a place to eat before leaving Phoenix and found a suggestion of Cuff on a Google search. It did not disappoint. The food was delicious and fresh. I had the fish fry which is essentially fish and chips. It was a lightly breaded panko crust with tasty cajun French fries. It was a light feeling lunch for fish and chips which was a welcomed change from typical heavy battered fish. They have a nice little patio out back, which is where we sat enjoying the weather on a Wednesday afternoon. Stop in and give it a try you will not be disappointed.

Went for lunch actually at the Yard House in Desert Ridge. Ordered the Braised Short Rib Ravioli. It was very good. I did get a bit confused because the menu had a cup of soup that you could order with an entree so I added the soup but was brought and charged for a bowl. Didnât bother to question it. We did enjoy the meal. Actually shared the meal with my husband and we had plenty. It was very tasty. Parking is horrible at Desert Ridge - quite a walk once you find a space. The service was good.
