This bar is outstanding, I always come here whenever I come down to Salo from Pregasio. They have really good Spritz with yummy complimentary snack especially the crunchy mini bell pepper.

We ate lunch here and had a super meal - one of us had totally delicious pizza with fried calamari and the rest of us ended up wishing we had ordered it! There was also a pasta with pesto and a salad, plus a not very exciting fried chicken dish - the pizza was certainly the highlight! The service was super and we were spending the day in the private beach/lake area, so it was nice not to have to go elsewhere for our lunch.Thank you very much, see you soon

This was our favourite watering hole during our recent holiday at The Grand Hotel Gardone.Very friendly and helpful staff.Drinks invariably arrived with free nibbles,olives,crisps,peanuts etc & ,unlike the bar that we tried on our first day they do not rip you off with a â¬4.5 pp cover charge .Very good house wine by the carafe and beer at half the price charged in our hotelâ- no wonder many of our fellow guests also used the Riviera.Shame we didnât get to say farewell but on our last night the heavens opened & we were unfortunately restricted to the hotel.

We visited this lovely little cafe/deli in May while visiting Lake Garda. The owner and (not sure if it's his wife or assistant) were both very friendly and helpful. It was only for a coffee but when we return to this area it will definitely be to Salo and most definitely will return to Banco Salumi

Back for the bi annual visit.Here with friends. Pizza base a little thicker than other local venues, but with some more exotic toppings. Prices 2 or 3 euro higher also, but with some opf the topping choices it is to be expected.The night we were here there was the most enormous storm.They quickly ushered us to dry areas and took care of everyone, although indoor space was limited.My only thought with this restaurant is their house wine is exactly the same as the bottled wine they sell (1/2 litre was â¬12, where in other restaurants locally house wine is about â¬12 for a full litre) In italy house wines are normally of a good standard-never been disappointed yet.

We found this Taverna away from lakeside in Salo. Excellent Tomahawk and Entrecôte Steaks . Fantastic beer selection if you like strong beers. The girls thought the Prosseco was good also. The staff and service excellent. Would highly recommend a visit.
