Sat on the porch. Not a lot of charm near parking lot but it is quiet and weather lovely. Preferred it to bar atmosphere inside.Short-rib sandwich was outstanding served with horseradish pickles on the side. Best Iâve ever had. All around very gourmet. Our waitress was terrific and the service excellent. I didnât have high expectations but I left wanting to return soon.
Went to the Thirsty Turtle Pub for Sunday breakfast. The meal was excellent. Word of caution, dont sit in the side room because it is very cold. Fortunately the coffee was very hot.

We met a few friends at the Tavern and were pleasantly surprised at the good selection of craft beers on tap and in bottle. They were limited on their selection of specialty mixed drinks, but were generous with the alcohol in them. The meal was good, I ordered a flat-iron steak. It came out and seemed ore like a serloin than a flat iron cut, but was tender and flavorful. The sauce that accompanied was over salted for my palate, but my hubby gobbled up what I didnât finished and was pleased. One of our friends had a burger, another had a flatbread, my husband had a Ruben and another had the steak tips. I stole one of his fries and would definitely think of ordering a sandwich or burger next time! My friend raves about her flatbread!! Overall, good experience, will definitely be back!

My husband and I were told that Crossroads has great burgers, so we probably should have stuck with that. Our food wasn't bad, by any means! It had good flavor, came out hot, and definitely was better than our alternative (eating at a fast-food joint). The restaurant was clean and decorated like a modest pub or sport's bar. Nothing fancy, but tidy. It just definitely wasn't the best food we've ever eaten. I could have easily made my crispy chicken wrap at home, and it would have tasted just as good. (The menu said that the corn was grilled, but it definitely tasted like canned corn to me). My husband ordered a reuben and thought it was good (although not the best he's ever eaten). The homemade onion rings were excellent though! Very fresh, crispy, and tasteful. Also, our waitress was disappointing, as she wasn't very friendly. Both my husband and I drank all of our soda but were never offered refills. And she took our plates after giving us our credit card and receipt back, but she never said "thank you" or "have a nice day" or "thanks for coming." That being said, we'd probably go back. It was good... just not great. We'll have to try the burgers next time!

This plà ce just opened about a week ago. Three of us went for dinner on Mon. at about 5:30 and it was packed. We waited 35 min for a table but we could see empty tables. That's my only complaint about the place. I ordered the traditional lobster roll with fries and slaw. It was very good and the service was very good. We also ordered the nachos, which was very good and a huge portion. My dining companions had various opinions regarding their food. I will definitely go back and perhaps combine it with a movie trip across the street.Thank you for taking the time to share your visit with us. Your comments have given us the opportunity to celebrate our team and we thank you very much. We look forward to serving you again very soon!

We hadn't been here in awhile so we stopped for dinner. It wasn't very busy as we have seen it before maybe because of a holiday weekend. It seemed the server didn't want to be there either. Not a smile to be had. They used to give salsa and chips but I guess no more. We had the Prime Rib dinner, the Steak tip dinner W- Roasted Potatoes, Salad, Asparagus and a couple Margarita's. Prime rib and Steak tips were just OK for the price they get, Roasted Potatoes very good and tasty, Asparagus was mushy Salad OK.

Absolutely worst dinning experience I have ever had this evening. My family has frequented this establishment in the past. It has always been decent, but but not great. Not even a decent value. But since it was close we always kept trying. Back to tonight... After one and a half hours we had not been served our food. We had seen groups come and go and still not be served or entree. The waitress was good and let us know there had been some issue with our order. But after that long we asked the manager what they issue was with our order. All she could say was that mistakes happen. Completely unacceptable!!! The way she acted, this is a common occurrence. Don't let this happen to you!! Stay away!!!Last night we had a very busy night operating from two dining rooms and a 30 minute wait on top of that. From when you ordered your food it took an hour for it to be delivered. We reviewed the situation on the cameras. Your food order was placed at 5:20 and ready at 6:20. In the last two years I cannot think of one instance an order has taken this long. The waitress was a bit overwhelmed and on top of that there was a bit of confusion in the kitchen. We take full responsibility and for that we sincerely apologize. Unfortunately we are human and mistakes do happen. What we are not sorry for is the fact that a customer would repeatedly swear in front of families and children and also to our staff which eventually brought one of them to tears. Our floor manager tried to make things right and comp your bill but before she could she was received by very profound language. But you guys had walked out on your $94 bill anyways. I can understand you not paying for your food but we do not appreciate walking out on a $50 bar tab. Again we apologize for the long wait and take full responsibility but we do not condone this type of behavior in our restaurant.

Stopped there just after 9 pm with friends recognizing menu may be restricted. After 9 pm it is a much smaller menu, but still same choices for beer and other drinks. Liked the ambience. This place has live music during the weekends. Lots of character here. We each ordered different dishes and the food was OK. Our server was excellent. Friendly, personable, efficient and informative. Very casual and prices reflect the ambience.
