The River Dog Grill is a great local restaurant and bar. Formally known as Mad Dogs Bar & Grill , we have been in this community for 18 years.
Another great stop on our vacation routine! This time, the ad board at the entrance said "BBQ Turkey, Bacon, Cheese Grilled Sandwich $6.95". I had it and could only eat 1/2! Love that they have Tater Tots as an optional side! Great conversation with the happy-hour locals/regulars. Exactly the type of place for a 5:00 vacation beer/drink or two! We usually sit at the bar to make it easier on the bartender/server. Great food, service, and prices! Huge menu.

It's a restaurant/bar. i know they have it on yelp.
OK. I understand this is a Bullhead institution, but aside from the riverside location, not much of a draw here. OK Good burger. OK Good drinks served with a side of yesterday's old, dead beer whiff. Even for a downmarket hang on the river, this place needs a date with Mr. Clean and a little lipstick. The walkway to the entrance is pretty precarious. Insurance alert. BUT the bathroom was unexpectedly clean! And there's a Kitty that lives on the back porch. Extra Kitty points =^..^=

The big soft pretzel with beer cheese dipping sauce is to die for, the pizza not so good too much cheese not enough sauce. But best friendly environment, good price point, good drinks.

I cannot recommend this place anymore. The food and service is going downhill. The food is dripping with grease and the service is poor. The last time I was there the staff was only concerned about having fun at the bar with a few customers Speaking for myself, I won't go back to this place.Dear Mr. Customs, I'm truly sorry you had a bad experience during your last visit. It is very much appreciated when bad experiences are brought to our attention so we can then have an opportunity to fix them. I really hope you advised us that the food was greasy when you received it. We could have tried to fix it at that time. I know we are not perfect and the kitchen staff will make mistakes. It is not acceptable to serve greasy food at any time. To be honest with you at times we do struggle with potatoes to make fresh home-made fries to the point that we've though about just buying frozen ones but we are hesitant about it. In regards to the staff having fun at the bar, I've spoken with the only 2 servers we have and have discussed this with them. Their responsibility is to serve all customers and not have fun with those at the bar. The restaurant is pretty small and when the bar customers/servers get loud the entire restaurant is loud. We do thank you for your honest feedback and hope you give us another opportunity and return. We hope to have you back as a customer. Sincerely,Soila and ArmandoOwners
When they first opened we would get single scoops that were noticeably larger than they are now. They'd put something like a scoop and a half on a cone. Not any more. Inconsistency will drive customers away faster than anything. And - it helps to be friendly. We're not going back.
Dined on HUGE patio! Beautiful view and warm sunny day. Our server knew our friends and tookPerfect care of us! Food was very good, one of the best French Dips ever! Beer was ice cold and food fresh- this is a fun, "don't miss" lunch spot!!!
We ordered taco meal and my husband ordered a steak burrito meal both were Delicious this restaurant had moved from previous location they apparently closed then decided to open in another area .

Have had the $19.95 lobster and steak special and it is great. Potato, salad, and veggie were included. VERY busy and they could use more staff. Have had some appetizers and they were as usually found elsewhere. The soups are excellent and the beer is cold. Well worth stopping.
