My wife and I along with our son and his family recently visited this Uno location while in Maryland for an ice hockey tournament. The restaurant was pretty average and a little pricey. The service was very good and the food was good. We were not impressed and probably wouldnât return.

Our table is near the entrance from the left facing the mounted TV and it's just enough to hear some people talking at the bar. Tried their burger and fries for lunch while watching a game. The staff doesn't look very engaging. When my husband was placing our orders, a weird old man sitting by himself at the bar turned towards him and made a creepy comment about our orders. He looks drunk! Very disrespectful and rude. My husband pretended never heard nor said anything and went back to our table. We decided not to stay longer after we finished our meal.

Victoria Gastro Pub offers a warm, inviting pub atmosphere that serves sophisticated, yet unpretentious food. The main objective of our kitchen is to serve innovative twists on classic pub fare that stress quality and freshness with every recipe, and ever
Very nice facility with enough space between tables to make conversations easy. Rooms have enough sound deadening material to keep the customer roar way down. Food was delivered in a reasonable time and delivered hot. Presentation was good for the most part but my Victoria Eggs Benedict wasn't at all what I expected. Instead of a plate with individual items, it was more like a spinach salad with the eggs and other ingredients tossed on top. I'll probably go again but order something different.

Went here with a party of ten. We were accommodated right away, Everything we ordered (pizza, salads, burgers, sandwiches) was very good. Same for the deserts (though, in truth, the pineapple upside down cake was disappointing because it was not traditional). The service started out a bit slow, but picked up and by the end everything was fine. The portions were good; and the prices were fair and reasonable. We will certainly return here (looking forward to it)

I went here for dinner with my husband on a Friday night. We made reservations prior and arrived a bit early, but had no trouble being seated upon arrival. They have an extensive alcohol menu with a wide variety of regional beer. I stuck with with a standard American beer - Pabst Blue Ribbon. For my meal, I had their specialty burger "The White Oak Burger" with a side of Hungarian mushroom soup. My husband had the vegetarian spaghetti and meatballs. The food did not taste how either of us expected it too. The Hungarian mushroom soup was a bit disappointing - it had various vegetables in it, but I could not taste them - I mainly tasted the paprika. The burger was better and had good flavors. My husband enjoyed his meal. The service was good - the waitress's name was Tori and she did her job well. She checked on us often. Prices are a bit high.

Took out of town relatives with us to the Phoenix for lunch and to support this nice place while it is open, as the rumors of it being torn down with the rest of lower town persist. We were surprised how quickly it rebounded and even opened since a prominent local and some of the county politicians want to turn it into parkland. On to the food ,our rockfish po boys were pretty good, filled high on the roll and they have a tremendous beer selection. Salads and soups were top notch all around and the waitress was excellent. This would be a good time to come support one of the mainstays of historic Ellicott City.

Located in an old stone building in the historic district of Ellicott City, the Ellicott Mills Brewing Company features craft beers and international choices and a variety of foods from traditional German to Maryland seafood and American grill favorites. The dining choices are main level at the bar and surrounding tables or upstairs. The exposed brick walls and large open room upstairs is inviting. We stopped in for a late Sunday lunch and ate while watching a painting class in one half of the room - lots of fun to see the progress of the painters. Our orders included rockfish and a bison burger. The bison burger came with homemade chips. Both arrived quickly and were delicious. Even the bun the burger came on was better then ordinary. The waitstaff was friendly and beyond efficient - they checked on us regularly. When leaving don't forget to check the t-shirts "beer is thicker then flood waters" refers to the frequent flooding historic Ellicott City endures. Worth a visit whether for a beer or lunch . . . or both.

Tucked away in a strip mall off Rte 40, this pub is a familiar landmark, and a must for those who love Maryland crab dishes. The crab cakes and fries, regular or sweet potato, are marvelous. There is a full menu of mostly American dishes besides, but what bother?
