Reviews on Pub food in Duluth, Minnesota, United States. Perfectly positioned at the westernmost tip of sparkling blue Lake Superior, Duluth offers visitors a true escape from the stresses of everyday life and an opportunity to enjoy nature. You can opt for a more leisurely pace: spending time at one of the city's 23 beautiful parks, taking an unhurried drive along the scenic North Shore, bird watching at Hawk Ridge, skipping stones on the Lake with the kids. Or go for a more structured itinerary: the aquarium in the morning, lunch at a sumptuous restaurant on the waterfront plus a tour of the famous Sculpture Walk, then a visit to the historic Railroad Depot in the afternoon. Either way, you are sure to leave Duluth feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Hand crafted sandwiches featuring house made meats, great salads, and soup. Twelve craft brewed taps and great wines. Now Serving Breakfast!
Everything here is very good. The oysters are very fresh, and professionally shucked to retain the "liquor". The Chicago dog is the best I've had, anywhere, including in Chicago. This place is a keeper and has raised the bar for casual food in Duluth. Very friendly staff, as well.

Since 1976 Grandmaâs Saloon & Grill has been a casual but lively adventure to the past where value and customer service are at the center of everything we do. Youâre surrounded by authentic antiques, collectibles, and an eager staff ready and willing to p
Grandma's has always been one our favorites, when in Duluth, by the Mall. This visit our service was very comprised by our waiter. I ordered a cup of soup and a salad .He brought the wrong soup. He brought me a crock of soup after my entree was served. He didn't check on us during our dinner. He brought us our bill with another soup listed. He changed that. Our dinners were wonderful with a beautiful presentation. My favorite is the oriental salad. My husbands favorite is the Cobb.

As indiacted by the title we last visited Grandma's Saloon in 2013 at that time I commented on how great the wild rice stuffed mushrooms are. Since that last review I must comment that the mushrooms are still good but no longer great. There is more cheese in the serving than mushrooms and white rice is mixed in with the wild rice. For the serving size 6 mushrooms I feel the price is pretty high and the quality has declined.Hello,Thank you so much for your longtime patronage and for taking the time to share your thoughts. I can assure you that our recipe has not changed for this menu staple, but I will use this as an opportunity to reinforce for our culinary team the importance of strictly following our specifications with every meal. Thank you,Jill TGeneral Manager

We offer made-from-scratch food using local ingredients when possible. We brew beer in our boutique nano-brewery and have the largest selection of Whiskey in Minnesota. We feature national comedy on Saturdays and live music during dinner. We hope you will
I'm not going to lie, we felt a bit old here... We rolled in around 9pm and the bar was filling up with younger college kids. There were still a few tables of older people and some parents with their kids, but for the most part we were surrounded by a younger generation. Once we got over this, which I did pretty quickly, we bellied up to the bar and ordered a flight of 4 beers. I can't say an Irish brewery is going to brew my favorite type of beers but i found most things well done here. After our flight we grabbed a couple beers and walked around until we found a couple chairs to sit and enjoy our beers while we shared stories of our youth. Fun place, good beer, busy but friendly staff!

We stopped at Sir Benâs as we typically do as we travel from the Twin Cities to our cabin in Two Harbors. We are creatures of habit, so we ordered our smoked Gouda butternut squash soup... on a 90 degree day, but also with a couple of cold beers. If youâve not been here before, the soup is legendary, and the selection of beers is second to none. I had a Bent Paddle IPA, and my wife enjoyed a raspberry blonde something or other. Both were delicious, and paired well with our soup, the Reuben sandwich we split, and the kettle chips that came along. Our favorite part is the banter at the bar. We always sit there... and my wife always gets involved in conversations with locals, students, and other travelers. The bartenders are smart, funny, and always accommodating. Another wonderful memory. If you havenât yet, go to Sir Benâs!

Voted Duluth's favorite burgers by Duluth Reader Weekly, Fitger's Brewhouse's famous burgers offer a savory taste of fresh, local ingredients. Our artisanal pub grub also has plenty of vegetarian options, like black bean chili, an unforgettable maple sala
Walking over from our hotel in Canal Park, we stopped by Fitger's Brewhouse on the recommendation of a coworker (and Duluth-native); she assured us that the beer was good but the wild rice burgers were not to be missed. My mom and I both ordered different wild rice burgers, and were both incredibly happy with our choices. I had the burger with blue cheese and onions and a really delicious jelly. The root beer was also awesome. We were seated right away around 6 on a Friday night, out on the patio; dog-friendly. The brewhouse isn't a huge space but there's room enough (it's not too cramped) and the few other shops in the complex are fun to drop by before / after dinner, too.

Based on TA reviewers and proximity to our hotel, we tried this place. Very glad we did. Good sandwiches, modest prices, fast, friendly service. Also, as others have noted, it's right next to the lake. If you get a table near the window, you'll be able to see the lake and people walking/running by.We liked the fact that fruit was an option, not just the usually chips or fries. We had young kids with us. The wait person worked hard and successfully to get the food out quickly.Definitely enjoyable place.
