We eat here a few times a year. We'd go more often if there was more convenient parking - only metered street parking and often hard to find a spot. It's an informal place that's good for soups, salads, sandwiches and some entrees. Horseradish-encrusted salmon was great as well as the veggie Reuben. Server seemed busy and didn't check on us - eventually another waiter came by to fill water glasses. We had to flag someone down to order dessert (cheesecake, which was excellent).

Repeatedly named Best Overall Restaurant in the Inside Columbia Magazine Best of Columbia readers poll, Flat Branch is Columbia's original brewpub, and its first brewery since 1841. We offer a diverse menu as well as award-winning hand-crafted beers on ta
Other than being totally ignored by the bartender and having to go to the service stand to ask for service, it turned out to be a very good evening. The Katy Trail Pale Ale is excellent. The wings and pizza were very tasty. Would go to this pub again. Hi Chaser193,Thanks for your visit, and your feedback, and my apologies for the bartender's lapse in attention. I'll pass your comments along to the bar staff and remind them to stay on their toes.

No food truck on the day we visited but didn't matter since we came for beer. We tried every offering on tap and found that there wasn't a single offering we didn't like. Very clean establishment run by a very friendly group of people. Absolute best beer in Columbia...if you enjoy good beer...go and thank me later.

Other than a bit of a chill (it's downstairs from the street, and it was an unseasonably cold morning), a very good brunch experience. Eggs were poached correctly, which isn't always the case, service was good, and the menu was varied enough to please everyone. I had the Eggs Benedict, which was represented well. A lot of locally source food, too. Good place for a late morning family brunch.

We visit booches every time we are in Columbia. Never been disappointed. I've never tried anything but the cheeseburger but they do have other items on the menu. Very limited seating but people are happy to share tables. Definitely will return. Gets pretty noisy & close on Sunday. See you in church! Canât recommend this bar enough.

Food inspired by the great pub food of the British isles with contemporary American insight. Unique beers, quality whiskeys and wines all at an inviting price.
We had a small group of 7. They seated us near the kitchen which would have been ok except for the yelling for pickup was a bit disconcerting to me. I liked these little deep fried cheese curds with a really yummy mustard sauce. My colleague raves about the steak sauce which she ordered and had, looked excellent. I ordered salmon and it had the same mustard sauces, and the potatoes were really good. My complaint is the salmon was not cooked thru. By that time I ate around it because it was a huge piece vs sending back. When I mentioned to the server at end she explained it was high end salmon. Well unless Iâm in a sushi restaurant eating sashimi I am not eating an undercooked portion no matter how high end. I am sure had I sent it back they would have cooked it through. I may come back and try the steak next time. For the sauce like my friend mentioned.

Established in 2002 by Mizzou football lineman David Rowe, we serve good food with generous portions in a family-friendly, relaxed restaurant atmosphere. You'll find us in south Columbia just north of Forum and Nifong - tucked in behind Walgreens. Come fo
I was in Columbia for a few days to visit my family. We decided to get everyone together for a Sunday evening dinner. There were13 of us. We made a reservation ahead of time. Our waiter was ready and extremely patient with our indecisiveness. The food was delicious all around and no one waited for refills. The decor was great with just enough lighting for us older ones. Highly recommend this restaurant.
