We visited Maggiore's for the first time in a while and confirmed our thoughts. The restaurant changed their plates a few years ago, delivering smaller portions at higher prices. We have been coming since they opened but have been coming less frequently. They still have good quality food, but we have been disappointed by sides. The good: Sandwiches are served with delicious grilled buns - tasty burgers, chicken sandwiches, etc. Pizza & pasta are also very tasty. Bathrooms re-done a few years ago and nicer than in the past. Cold beer & nice selection. Happy hour pricing is nice. Lots of TV's for watching sportsThe bad: Dinner salads served on tiny plate - not great for a $4 salad. Fries in a tiny glass - seems to be a very small portion. Noisy & dark but most tables have sufficient lighting. Fewer Italian dishes than in years past.

Not sure it was the location or just the food. The service was fine, but the food prep and presentation was awful. I ordered the baked potato soup and burger. The bacon bits on the soup was rubbery and hard to chew. I do not want that crap in my body. The burger was very greasy and just nasty. I did not even finish my food as it is poorly prepared. I could not pinpoint what was wrong with the fries. The were hot, but did not taste good. They tasted like they were reheated. Chili's quality has diminished over the years.Hey there, this sounds like something we need to get more info on so we can fix it. Do you mind giving our Guest Engagement Team a call at 1-800-983-4637 so we can make things right with you? Thank you in advance!

Dinner on a Sunday night. Server was personable, attentive and easygoing. The complimentary rolls were delicious, with a wonderful yeast flavor, and served warm with brushed butter on top. With this great start we expected great food. Not so. We ordered a full rack and a half rack of baby back bbq ribs. Brocolli sides were overdone, sweet potato was overdone, but the skewered mushrooms had a nice meaty flavor. The ribs did fall off the bone, but were dry and tasted mostly of the standard bbq sauce flavoring. We're sorry to hear we fell short of a great dining experience. Please give us a call at 1-844-6LOGANS, so we can follow up with your concerns. Thanks.
Very nice setup for the restaurant. The food was the usual fare and price range for this chain but it was above average for surroundings - no loud games disturbing conversations. The most uncomfortable part was the high booths and chairs - didn't have a good body fit.

Honestly, the craft beer selection and wine list blew us away. They change the list monthly to keep things fun and fresh. The vibe is great... We've seen families, groups of women, couples & singles. Which, for us, means a safe/chill environment. Food choices (to some) may seem few. But, what they make is DELICIOUS! True old school pub fare with a modern twist. The GM, Ben Kazda, always makes us feel like old friends. If you order one drink, he'll recommend one you'd also like. Visit, drink and plan on just chillin'!

We really enjoyed our Saturday evening experience at Brooklyn Heights. The happy hour special prices are a great way to enjoy the wonderful drinks and appetizers. We also ordered The Combo pizza and it was delicious. We had great service by the wait staff and really enjoyed the pub atmosphere. A new neighborhood favorite for us!

Family of four plus baby. We had brunch here on Sunday, June 2, just as they opened. Setup doesnât lend itself for baby stroller next to table (babyâs still too young to sit), but everyone on the staff was accommodating and pleasant. The food was served fast and it was delectable. The vegetarians in the family found something to eat (Migas, Grove Plate sans bacon or ham); the meat-eaters were pleased with the mouthwatering Cuban Press. House-made potato chips are delicious, too. We complemented our food with OJ, fresh-made café Americano, and a Toasted Coconut Russian. Delish! Weâll have to try at other times also. Without the grandchild.
