Brewing Beer locally. Most ingredients of our beer are grown within one hour of our brewery. From Pub Food to tasteful dining options. Wednesday thru Saturday open and 4:00 pm, serve food until 9:00 pm, Bar closes at 10:00 pm. Sunday open at 4:00 pm serve
Caribou is a nice little oasis downeast, and Northern Maine Brewing is a part of that. Very good, not great, beers; nice well-rounded menu. Lots of locals, but not the sort of place that goes dead quiet and everybody turns to look when a stranger enters. While on Main St, it is off THE main street, which is Presque Isle Road, and on the outskirts of Caribou, seems like the right way to go, so be prepared for a non-intuitive turn.

Really enjoyed The Warehouse, despite them being out of the two beers I most wanted to try. Portions were ample, food very good, prices reasonable. Had enough leftovers for a meal later on.Service was relatively quick and very friendly, although they seemed a little understaffed for a Friday night.

The food is good, had baked stuffed haddock, wife had pizza. Salad bar is good. It can get busy at times. The atmosphere is casual, with a bar at one end of the restaurant. They have a golfing simulator just beyond the bar, have not tried it. Service good, prices reasonable. All in all, not bad.
