I donât know why we even bothered to go here. The bartenders were the rudest two women weâve ever encountered. They only like the locals and wait on them and make you wait. Rude, unfriendly, and the worst attitudes ever.

We are a family oriented restaurant that served freshly made pizza, pasta, and wings from scratch.
Three family members had dinner at Pasquale's this past week. We celebrated two birthdays and found the atmosphere very pleasant. As a matter fact when we sang happy birthday to one another the entire restaurant joined in. The food was very very good and very very generous. The prices are reasonable. The staff was very polite very professional and very welcoming.
We had our Class reunion at the Club at Highlands. A lot of planning went into the event. Many people worked very hard putting it together. Everything turned out wonderful. The setting was great, the food was delicious & the staff made sure everything was taken care of & to our liking.

Worst restaurant experience: Reservations for 9 people and they "stick" us with the new server; literally her first day!! And on Easter weekend no less! The crab soup was excellent (that's why I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1). The Buffalo wings, well they weren't your normal hot wings. The "zippy" sauce was explained to be between hot and mild, but instead it was Tangy and mild!? It was like a cross between sweet 'n sour sauce and buffalo?? And it looked weird on the side...like it had something in it? Idk. I ordered Prime Rib and believe me when I say, there was nothing prime about it! In hindsight, maybe I shouldn't of ordered Prime Rib in some "backyard" restaurant? But I figure, if you are gonna have Prime Rib on your menu, you better know how to make! My husband got BBQ ribs and it was unappealing. Ribs should be grilled slowly and well done so that the meat just falls off the bone. These looks like they never even seen a grill; they were probably made in an oven and not even broiled! I can't go on. For those who live around there, maybe it's great for them. But from those of us from big cities who are used to big chains like Outback and LoneStar, it's a "No Go". Save your tastebuds!!
While you won't be amazed you also typically won't be disappointed. Typical food for the area but the friendly staff make up for it. If you happen to visit while Mary is there it is a pretty good chance you'll get to try a free cup of chicken soup. Overall they try hard to serve the best they can and, although the drink orders can take a little time, I've never had anything that wasn't good.
Once upon a time, Bottlers was "the place to be" in the upvalley area. Now its just another bar. Times change, people change and Bottlers is still the same

We had brunch thus fall and was impressed with the food. The waitress raved about their seafood night and steak night. So we invited another couple to celebrate our 35 th anniversary. We did not realize that the bar/winery was small plates. There were 4 choices of seafood, shrimp scampi on flat bread (pizza), fried calamari, drunken clams, and shrimp tempura. I got the shrimp tempura there were 5/6 fried nicely with a dipping sauce but nothing else on the plate. I was expecting like food. Like dinner. I then ordered a mozzarella dish. It was a huge piece of mozzarella fried snd placed on sauce. My friends tried the pizza and boneless grilled chicken wings which were not chicken wings but pieces of chicken in a yummy soy sauce. Hubby ordered the same and french onion soup. He said soup was good but not special. He gave it a 3. There is no name brand liquors all from pa area. Which is nice but when you are used to Ketel One then a potatoe vodka from the area just didnât cut it. LolMy friends ordered wine and were happy campers. Let me say the food was very good. But i just assumed that seafood night was dinner. Like a veggie and entree. I would go back because itâs a cute place and the employees were so nice and the food was very good.

I was very impressed with the service and food. I took my Dad (he is wheelchair bound)here after church on Sunday. Was very pleased with all our food (french onion soup and Pork BBQ sliders for Dad and Butternut squash bisque and Turkey Reuben for me) and our server Megan. Both Megan and the bar staff were very attentive. This place should have a waiting line. If you are visiting Carbondale this is a great place to have a good meal with friendly staff.Dear Jane S,We are extremely thrilled you loved your Sunday lunch with your father. Title sums up our last few home deliveries. Not sure what's happening @ Frank's, but the last few times we've ordered delivery our orders have been, well, off to say the least. Missing sides, appetizers and latest error ... no beets in a beet salad! How do you omit what seemingly would be the main ingredient? We called and they sent a replacement, as would be expected. We originally thought maybe we just missed them the first time, but nope. Replacement had nice layer of beets blanketing greens beneath sliced grilled chicken. Delicious. We order from here about once a month or two when we don't feel like going out but don't want to cook. Pricey takeout but quality makes up for that. Please pay attention to delivery orders for too many inconveniences may deter us from ordering in the future.
