Stopped in for early (5pm) dinner on a Monday night. Promptly greeted and seated. Bar and dining area, tables, flatware, and glasses clean. Hostess and server attentive and friendly.Pros:-Good beer selections-Guinness bbq wings were awesome!-Food arrived hot-Server was great-piped-in music was not too loud (rare these days)Cons:-Ingredients for one app ordered were "not ready," and wouldn't be, indefinitely.-Ingredients for an entree ordered were "not ready" either...Ironically, the main ingredient of the substitute we ordered for the unavailable entree was the main ingredient for the unavailable app (corned beef). I think its reasonable to expect prep work for the entire menu to be complete by 5pm when the place opens before noon. Bottom line: I will come back because the food is good (if it's available), the beer is served at proper temps, and the staff I encountered were professional.

Shrimp scampi was great! Chicken salad sandwich was tasty but too much bread. Eastside burger was huge and quite good even though it came out âwell doneâ instead of â medium rareâ Rosemary/ parm fries were cold, limp and tasteless. Service was slower than expected given that it was not very busy (on a Tuesday night)

Stopped after the Naples Grape Festival for a sandwich and a beer. Not very busy so the service was good. Ordered the pulled pork Rueben. It was good but the fries obviously frozen needed to be cooked a little more. Reasonable prices and friendly servers.

This is one of those cozy neighborhood bars that you feel welcome at - even if you're not a local. Prices are reasonable, food is very tasty and best of all they have some home brews (brewed on location) that are quite good. The "Snow Nose Scotch Ale" is a must try, especially if you're not a big IPA fan like myself.Service is excellent - didn't get the name of my server (9/25) at the bar but she was very friendly and professional. Offered a few samples of the local brew which was very helpful in deciding. Not to discount previous reviews but I think you'll enjoy this place - especially if you have a nostalgia for the places you hung out in during the 80's! If only 10 cent wings would make a comeback!

Let's be clear ... This place will be characterized by some as "tired" and others as "a dump". And the location (Phoenix Street)is referred to as "blood alley' after 1:00 AM as there are several late night pubs and the area is known for having occasional confrontations. But like any neighborhood bar, the hardcore drinkers are in there at that time of day and most of us are not.Personally, I think of the place as "colorful". The only place you can sit is at the bar ..there are no tables. And the bar is heavily worn and the place could us a coat of paint. But don't let that fool you. The food is excellent if you are into standard bar fare. the burgers are fantastic and have been recognized as among the best in the state. My wife had chicken fingers and fries and they were also quite good. Clearly the money they should have used for new paint, tables, chairs and bar stools went to high quality food. And of course the beer is cold. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and visit (very friendly bar staff) and it was really reasonable. So if you want ambiance and fancy food ..forget it ! Stay away! But if you want really good pub food reasonably priced and don't mind the "colorful" surroundings then this place is a winner. I'll be back!

We were in the area for a conference so decided to go to Nicks Chophouse recommend by Yelp. We were 12 people so put in a private room with one other large table. I had the crab cake appetizer and it was extremely over salted, way too salty to eat. I then had the surf and turf with the ribeye. The ribeye was tasty but very very fatty. The lobster tale was only ok. It was served with Au gratin potatoes which were gross and cold. My daughter had a grilled chicken ceaser salad, I had to send it back because the chicken was pink and very undercooked. They took it back and the waitress apologized but...Another One of our party ordered the rack of lamb medium well, It was as tough as old boots, well well well and bones burnt! It was a shame because we spent a lot of money. I think the chef needs to go and do a refresher course.

The view, the food, the service is good. A walk before or after dinner along the water. Not the prices of some lake spots.Easy access, plenty of parking. Outdoor eating and even access to up stairs lounge if no event in progress.

Full bar and restaurant with 32 rotating craft beers on tap and an extensive can and bottle inventory. Known for our amazing burgers and unique menu items. We have lots of gluten free and vegetarian options as well.
Not much in terms of decor, but friendly service, a unique menu of well prepared items, and an extensive beer and drink menu.

We were on Main st. in Canandaigua on a Friday nite headed for a different spot when we passed Eddie O'Briens and decided to try it out. We were not disappointed. Wife ordered the fish fry, at $15 it was a bit pricey. It was quite good except for the coleslaw. While not as bad as Tom Wahls it was in the bottom 3rd of our experience. I ordered the Cubano which was loaded and quite good. Our server was very attentive bringing xtra napkins and keeping our glasses full. We WILL be back.
