I had the barra and my colleague had cutlets. E everything cooked to order and the fresh steamed veggies were delicious. Bar Staff were friendly but receptionist a bit snippy. Our meals arrived quickly. However if you don't like stairs there are about 25 stairs up to the restaurant from hotel reception. I was here for work and so had to pay separately for a beer. You can't pay at the bar you have to order the drink then take the receipt downstairs to pay! Ok for me but that may not suit everyone. Seemed a bit confusing

B Town BBQ at The Oxford, located on the corner of William and Piper Streets Bathurst, offers guests a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. It is open for lunch and dinner Wednesday to Sunday with continuous service from 11.30am, Bathurst newest R
Fabulous food and the service was a 10 out of 10....after a very cold and wet day at the track the restaurant was a welcome relief from the cold. . thank you Bathurst
Great Spot if your a mash potato fan, too bad if your not, you'd have to enjoy just the one other vegetable on the plate, beans. Ordered pork belly, not the best especially when they put the sauce and gravy on top of the crackling ,you serious, no crackle when they do that. I got chewy lump of crap. The meat itself was quite OK.vegetables consisted of beans and the biggest plop of potato I've ever seen. How hard would it be to have a bit of pumpkin or something to brighten up a very dull meal. I'll return for the beer I guess.

Accomodation very nice. Very comfy bed. The arrangement in the room was very odd give that there was a bunk and a single be in there, Timer on lights in bathroom was very short- couldnt have a shower and get dresed without it going off- and it wasnt a long shower. Band noise wasnt all that loud considering. kitchen room only had cups for ea and coffee but no glasses. Freezer in the fride was unable to be sed to due to frezzer ice blocking it and filling it.

Stumpy's is located in the Dudley Hotel. It was one of the places to eat suggested by my hotel. I stopped in here for dinner on a business trip, as it was one of the few places open on a Sunday near my hotel. The atmosphere is a very casual country pub. Staff are friendly.I ordered the schnitzel. It arrived quickly, it was piping hot and delicious. The salad was nicely dressed and the chips were crispy. The servings are very large, so bring your appetite! The specialty of the house seemed to be the Stumpy's Schnitzel which is like nachos, but with a schnitzel base instead of nacho chips. I heard it ordered many times!Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for a casual meal.

Located in the centre of the Bathurst CBD it's convenient with a conventional menu that you would find in most pubs around Australia. Solid food but nothing out of the ordinary, although did find it a bit pricey for the burgers we tried on our visit here.It was clean and the service good on a busy Saturday lunchtime on the weekend of the B2B bike races

Had lunch with four others, middle of a wet cold day. First stop at the bar for a soft drink, carpet very sticky to walk on! The dining room is out the back, past the toilets. the owners have heaters out here so it was very cozy given that it was cold outside. Food was lovely, reasonably priced. Did think that the serving of fish and chips in cones was a bit odd, but they did bring out plates as well.

I have eaten in a lot of excellent American Rib steak & burger restaurant's in the States this Joint in Bathurst NSW a very bad comparison. Very good service,Smoked duck excellent way overpriced at $50, all down hill, from there. Pork ribs terrible neither melt in your mouth or tender. Brisket dry & way overcooked, the accompaniments some pickled BS in a jar, mash potato ordinary Wont be back in a hurry.
