Best hotel in the Cobram Barooga area for meals and friendly, fast service. The rack of lamb with rosemary and mustard was mouthwatering and cooked to perfection. My husband always orders the risotto as the quality and taste is always outstanding. My daughter loved her prawn stir fry. Meal sizes are generous and Mel and her staff go out of their way to ensure everything is perfect

Cobram Barooga Golf Club offers breakfast, lunch and dinner with views overlooking our picturesque Golf Course.
My husband and I had a lovely dinner here. We both had the Grilled Chicken which was cooked perfectly, lovely and tender with a really nice garlic sauce. The accompanying vegetables were all cooked perfectly and very tasty. The service was also excellent and the view out across the golf course is amazing.

Went here for lunch on a recommendation from our accommodation house.Pleasant venue, very popular which is always a good sign.Offered a good deal for seniors with an included complimentary drink.Wide ranging menu indicating plenty of gluten free options: disappointing then that my roast of the day did not come with gf gravy: most places these days claiming to serve gf generally get a gravy and sauces in the mix. Had to settle for some mustard on the side.Service was very, very slow: took over 45 minutes for the roast of the day, which you would anticipate EOI,d be pretty well ready yo go. That said, it was a good meal with the meat cooked to perfection.Only 3 star on this occasion but it could easily have been much more highly rated.

Stunning location terrible coffee and cakes. We have been here before but on this occassion were really disappointed.Staff were friendly but informed us only cafe service available. We ordered coffees and muffins - the rhubarb muffin was still frozen in the middle. They were not able to heat it up as Microwave kept shorting out.A real pity as the location is serene and beautiful.

Full Service Restaurant, Gaming, TAB, Keno and Public Bar. We offer 2 Courtesy Buses as well as Online or Phone In ordering and Home Delivery from our off site kitchen
For many years, 17 for some, our group has played golf at Cobram Barooga around this time of year. As often happens we chose the Barooga Hotel for a dinner. They accommodated our group in what we nickname the boardroom at the front. Meals were substantial and very good. Prices were competitive but our choice was wine was dearer than nearby clubs. The staff handled a group of 60 year plus grumpy golfers exceedingly well. In the past we have enjoyed many games of pool the courtesy bus awaited. Thanks Thomas, we appreciate your kind sentimentsCheers,GG
